dc.description.abstractEs importante que los estudiantes puedan aplicar las habilidades aprendidas durante su estadía en el centro educativo de una manera profesional y técnica esto con el fin de comprender por parte del estudiante como se desarrolla el mundo laboral, conocer las responsabilidades que conllevan formar parte del cuerpo profesional de una empresa. Para un correcto devenir de la práctica empresarial, se pautaron una serie de actividades a desarrollar durante el tiempo de la misma, formulando una estructura de trabajo la cual permitió que el estudiante aplicara en el mundo laboral las capacidades que adquirió en la universidad y a su vez implementar la capacidad investigativa para la resolución de problemas de manera eficiente. El siguiente trabajo fue realizado con el fin de dar un informe acerca de las actividades desarrolladas durante la práctica empresarial entre el estudiante Cristian Felipe Acelas Vargas y la empresa Uriel Hernández Ingeniería. La manera en la que se aplicaron las competencias fue realizando visitas de reconocimiento, la elaboración de cotizaciones según exigencias de los clientes, el cálculo de cantidades de obra, el análisis de precios unitarios, la elaboración de presupuestos de obra, el seguimiento y control de obra mediante cortes parciales, diseño y/o remodelación de interiores y fachadas con la respectiva elaboración del plano arquitectónico y por último la compra de materiales para la ejecución de obras con previa autorización por parte de la empresa. *
dc.description.abstractenglishIt is important that students can apply the skills learned during their stay in the educational center in a professional and technical way this in order to understand by the student how the working world develops, to know the authorities that will involve being part of the professional body of a company. For a correct development of business practice, a series of activities were scheduled to develop the time of the same, formulating a work structure which develops the student who applies in the labor world the skills acquired in the university and in turn implement the investigative capacity to solve problems efficiently. The following work was carried out in order to give a report about the activities developed during the business practice between the student Cristian Felipe Acelas Vargas and the company Uriel Hernández Ingeniería. The way in which the competences are applied to make reconnaissance visits, the elaboration of quotations according to the demands of the clients, the calculation of quantities of work, the analysis of unit prices, the elaboration of works budgets, the monitoring and control of work through partial cuts, design and / or remodeling of interiors and facades with the respective elaboration of the architectural plan and finally the purchase of materials for the execution of works with prior authorization by the company. *
