dc.description.abstractDado que la CREG 097 de 2008 se sustituyó por la CREG 015 de 2018, la empresa identifica la necesidad de implementar para los proyectos de expansión esta nueva regulación dándole así alcance al proyecto de expansión STR Sur, el cual se formula en el año 2018, e inicia su etapa constructiva durante los años 2021 hasta 2022. Partiendo de la premisa que el proyecto se formula en el año 2018, sin considerar la vigente CREG 015 de 2018, se requiere elaborar un estudio detallado de la misma, en donde se puedan identificar las variables que se tienen en cuenta dentro de su metodología de tal manera que se logre evaluar comparativamente la inversión realizada por el operador de red, ESSA, basado en el nivel de reconocimiento que establece dicha normatividad durante la vida útil de los activos. Lo primero, es desarrollar una identificación de las unidades constructivas de líneas y subestaciones, dando lugar a una clasificación basada en los capítulos 14 y 15 de la CREG 015 del 2018 según tipo de equipo y nivel de tensión; y con esta, se aplica la metodología de la resolución CREG 015 de 2018 para el cálculo del reconocimiento monetario de las unidades constructivas instaladas para el proyecto STR Sur; para finalmente consolidar una comparación entre el reconocimiento de inversiones recibido respecto a la inversión real realizada por la empresa para las unidades constrictivas de líneas y subestaciones que integran el proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishSince Resolution CREG 097 of 2008 is replaced by Resolution CREG 015 of 2018, the company identifies the need to implement this new regulation for expansion projects, thus giving scope to the STR Sur expansion project, which is formulated in 2018, and begins its construction stage during the years 2021 to 2022. Starting from the premise that the project is formulated in 2018, without considering the current regulation CREG 015 of 2018, a detailed study of the same is required, where the variables that are taken into account within its methodology can be identified in such a way that it is possible to comparatively evaluate the investment made by the network operator, ESSA, based on the level of recognition established by said regulation during the useful life of the assets. The first thing, is to develop an identification of the constructive units of lines and substations, giving rise to a classification based on chapters 14 and 15 of CREG 015 of 2018 according to type of equipment and voltage level; and with this, the methodology of CREG 015 of 2018 regulations is applied for the calculation of the monetary recognition of the constructive units installed for the STR Sur project; to finally consolidate a comparison between the recognition of investments received with respect to the actual investment made by the company for the lines and substations that make up the project.
