dc.description.abstractenglish | This monograph work presents a reflection about the way how should be understood the political classification of a society in the framework of a constitutional democratic régime. As consequence of the exercise of the freedom of conscience and thought freedom to the one that all individual has right, the democratic societies are characterized by the constant witnesses of a reasonable pluralism that is the base of the conflicting confrontation between the different moral and religious comprehensive doctrines, where each one of them supposes that his vision will impose on the other ones. The society is mediated by a continuous antagonism that demands a fair and stable classification. Rawls propuses a political Conception of the justice like as fairness, so that it is this which assumes the challenge of tracing the political limits able to regulate the social life and politics of a democracy. Likewise, the mechanism by means of which the back is configured the political Conception on the part of the comprehensive doctrines, is through a tool denominated Overlapping consensus. This Overlapping consensus should be given to the interior of the plurality, that is to say, an agreement in the political thing, but inside the diversity, without eliminating either favoring some vision in particular or comprehensive doctrine. The values of these comprehensive doctrines have to become appropriate with the political values, since these their existence to the own Liberalism. It self as consequence of living and making part of a democratic society, all man harbors political virtues that are profited by the focus of the Overlapping consensus. People that integrate the different comprehensive doctrines should subscribe by the light of the Overlapping consensus a political Conception of the justice, which is based on some political principles characterized to be very grateful and accepted by all.
