dc.description.abstractEl Centro de Acopio de mora del municipio de Piedecuesta se establecerá en la vereda de Sevilla, distante a 22 Kilómetros del casco urbano; el tipo de empresa a formar es una cooperativa, de la cual serán socios los 562 productores de la fruta. La capacidad del centro de acopio es de tres cuartos fríos, dos de 40 toneladas y uno de 30, la instalación de estos se hará a medida que se requiera; iniciando con uno de 40 que será utilizado durante el primer año, el segundo también de 40 toneladas entra en funcionamiento al segundo año y el tercero en el cuarto año. El proyecto genera 8 empleos directos y 2 por honorarios. La inversión inicial del proyecto asciende a $448.302.028, financiada por recursos propios el 25%, aportes estado 36% y recursos de terceros 39%. El proyecto genera utilidad a partir del año tres de la puesta en funcionamiento, el periodo anterior se financia con los aportes sociales de los socios. El punto de equilibrio se obtiene entre el mes 12 del año 2 y el mes primero del año 3, cuando se comercializa 618.533 kilos. El periodo de recuperación de la inversión se dará el finalizar el octavo año. La tasa interna de retorno del proyecto es del 44%.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe center of storing of mulberry of the municipality of Piedecuesta will set up in the path of Seville, distant to 22 kilometres of the urban ; the type of enterprise to form is a cooperative, of which partners will be the 562 producers of the fruit. The capacity of the storing center is of three cold rooms , two of 40 tons and one of 30, the installation of these will do as it is required; initiating with one of 40 that will be used during the first year, the second also of 40 tons enter operation the second year and third the fourth year. The project generates 8 direct employments and 2 by honoraries. The initial investment of the project ascends to $448'302.028, financed by own resources 25%, contribute to state 36% and resources of third 39%. The project generates utility as of year three of the putting in operation, the previous period finances with the social contributions of the partners. The balance point obtains between month 12 of 2 year and the first month of year 3, whent marketing it 618,533 kilos. The period of recovery of the investment will give ending the eighth year.
