dc.description.abstractEl objetivo del presente trabajo de aplicación es la investigación y el respectivo análisis para la creación de una empresa que preste servicios de capacitación y formación empresarial E-learning. El E-learning se puede entender como el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje que se recibe de manera online, es decir a través de internet y la tecnología. En la actualidad el internet es el canal de acceso a cualquier tipo de formación e información de cualquier organización del mundo a la que se puede acceder en todo momento, eliminando barreras temporales de espacio y tiempo. Esta industria del E-learning ha venido creciendo de manera significativa a nivel global, y se estima que para los próximos años continúe con el mismo comportamiento. Hay varios componentes que sustentan estas proyecciones; entre ellos están los efectos que ha provocado la globalización y desde luego el Covid-19, dado que el aislamiento y distanciamiento social sirvió como acelerador en el uso de estas tecnologías. Es de resaltar que Colombia se destaca a nivel latinoamericano ocupando un segundo lugar en el uso del E-learning, aportando de manera positiva al desarrollo de los sectores económicos del país. La investigación se desarrolla a través en un análisis del entorno de variables macro ambientales y micro ambiéntales, con un análisis detallado del sector E-learning, una investigación de mercados para identificar las necesidades fundamentales que tiene las Pymes, además de un análisis técnico administrativo, financiero y estratégico; con el de objetivo de identificar las posibles oportunidades que existen en el mercado y la viabilidad para implementar el modelo de negocio, de manera que la empresa E-pymes pueda contribuir efectivamente con el desarrollo de la capacitación y formación de las empresas de Santander.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of this application work is the investigation and the respective analysis for the creation of a company that provides training services and E-learning business training. E-learning can be understood as the teaching and learning process that is received online, that is, through the internet and technology. Currently the internet is the access channel to any type of training and information of any organization in the world that can be accessed at all times, eliminating temporary barriers of space and time. This E-learning industry has been growing significantly globally, and it is estimated that for the next few years it will continue with the same behavior. There are several components that support these projections; Among them are the effects that globalization has caused and of course Covid-19, since isolation and social distancing served as an accelerator in the use of these technologies. It is noteworthy that Colombia stands out at the Latin American level, occupying a second place in the use of E-learning, positively contributing to the development of the country's economic sectors. The research is developed through an analysis of the environment of macro-environmental and micro-environmental variables, with a detailed analysis of the E-learning sector, a market research to identify the fundamental needs of SMEs, as well as an administrative technical analysis, financial and strategic; with the objective of identifying the possible opportunities that exist in the market and the viability to implement the business model, so that the company E-SMEs can effectively contribute to the development of training and education of Santander company.
