dc.description.abstractMuchos “estudiosos” de la biología afirman no solo que el género y el sexo, constituyen un mismo término sino que también son inherentes y hacen parte de la “naturaleza” de cada ser humano, con todo lo que esto conlleva, sin embargo, existen también quienes afirman que el sexo es completamente independiente del concepto de género y que éste último, lejos de estar ligado o inherentemente unido al ser humano, se construye en forma paulatina partiendo de las experiencias y vivencias de cada individuo. Este es el caso de Judith Butler, pensadora judía, criada en Norteamérica quien asume y defiende la diversidad sexual a través de lo que ella misma denomina como teoría QUEER. Así pues, el presente trabajo da a conocer, el concepto de género según precisamente Judith Butler a través de sus obras Género En Disputa, Cuerpos Que Importan y Deshacer El Género, en donde se muestra el transcurso y la evolución del concepto de género hasta dilucidar la teoría ya mencionada, es decir, que el género sexual es un proceso personal el cual se construye paso a paso poco a poco partiendo de las propias vivencias y experiencias de cada individuo y en el que ni la mal llamada “cultura” ni la prejuiciosa sociedad debe intervenir. En esta situación ya que de nada serviría y tan solo podría entorpecer y retrasar un proceso netamente individual, haciéndose merecedor, de la antipatía el rechazo e incluso el desamor del sujeto al que aparentemente quiere ayudar interviniendo y que en realidad va a perjudicar mediante sus acciones.
dc.description.abstractenglishMany "scholars" of biology not only assert that gender and sex are the same term but are inherent and are part of the "nature" of every human being, with all that this entails, however, there also those who claim that sex is completely independent of the concept of gender and the latter, far from being inherently linked or attached to the human being, is built gradually based on the life experiences of each individual. This is the case of Judith Butler, Jewish thinker, raised in America who assume and defend sexual diversity through what she calls as queer theory. Thus, this study presents the concept of gender as Judith Butler precisely through his works Gender Trouble, Bodies That Matter and Undoing Gender, which shows the course and evolution of the concept of gender to elucidate aforementioned theory, ie, that the sexual gender is a personal process which is built step by step slowly starting from one's own experiences and experiences of each individual and in which neither the so-called "culture" or the biased society must intervene In this situation as it would be useless and would only hinder and delay a process purely individual, becoming worthy of the antipathy and even rejection of the subject heartbreak apparently wants to help intervene and will actually hurt by their actions.
