dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de estea monografía es implementar un sistema mas efectivo de seguimiento y control para los diferentes proyectos que la empresa VESGA MORENO INGENIEROS LIMITADA (VMI LTDA) desarrolla a nivel local y nacional. Actualmente la empresa fue contactada para desarrollar mediante la modalidad de administracion delegada los diferentes proyectos que involucran el plan de crecimiento a nivel nacional de la empresa ARKADIA FAMILY CENTER S.A.S., la cual por el momento solo tiene presencia en los municipios de Bucaramanga y Piedecuesta. Este plan contempla la apertura de 20 locales a nivel nacional en diferentes ciudades del pais en el año 2020, es por esto que deciden contactar una empresa especializada en el desarrollo de proyectos de construcción con el fin de llevar a cabo su plan satisfactoriamente, bajo el criterio de expertos para la toma de desiciones que ayuden a mejorar la eficiencia en costos y tiempo de los proyectos. Dando alcance a lo anterior, surge la necesidad de implantar un modelo de definición, seguimiento y control de proyectos mediante la incorporacion de los lineamientos establecidos
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of this monograph is to implement a more effective monitoring and control system for the different projects that VESGA MORENO INGENIEROS LIMITADA (VMI LTDA) develops locally and nationally. Currently the company was contacted to develop through the modality of delegated administration the different projects that involve the national growth plan of the company ARKADIA FAMILY CENTER S.A.S., which for the moment only has presence in the municipalities of Bucaramanga and Piedecuesta. This plan contemplates the opening of 20 facilities nationwide in different cities in the year 2020, which is why they decide to contact a company specialized in the development of construction projects in order to carry out their plan satisfactorily under the expert criterion for making decisions that help improve the cost and time efficiency of projects.
