Proceso de organizacion y mejoramiento de las condiciones de salud trabajo en trabajadores del sector informal de la economia en bucaramanga

dc.description.abstractEl estudio se centra en el mejoramiento de las condiciones de salud Œ trabajo de los trabajadores informales de la economía en Bucaramanga, en el año 2003, a través de un proceso de organización y capacitación de personas pertenecientes a este sector, el cual se justifica dados los factores de riesgo laboral, desprotección a nivel de salud, ignorancia y ausencia de hábitos y prácticas que disminuyan los riesgos en el trabajo. De acuerdo a lo anterior se tuvo como objetivo general mejorar las condiciones de salud y trabajo de seis poblaciones prioritarias de trabajadores informales del municipio de Bucaramanga, a partir de estrategias de intervención y promoción de la salud que implicó el desarrollo de etapas como convocatoria al trabajador informal, la realización de un diagnóstico de riesgos laborales, la elaboración de un panorama de factores de riesgos, la realización de historia médico laborales; con base en las cuales se desarrolló un proceso de intervención directa que implicó: la capacitación de líderes en áreas temáticas como salud ocupacional, organización y autogestión y liderazgo; seguida de una etapa de proyección y multiplicación a homólogos, desarrollada mediante talleres con participación activa de 75 líderes. Como soporte teórico se incluye teoría sobre condiciones laborales del sector informal, la seguridad social y los riesgos ocupacionales, el marco legal y la economía informal y una caracterización institucional del CER como promotora de la intervención social. Como resultado se registra la capacitación de 75 líderes en aspectos como identificación y manejo de riesgos ocupacionales y la socialización de este conocimiento a 225 personas más; la participación masiva en los talleres, y la creación de una conciencia sobre la necesidad de organizarse y autogestionar procesos internos para mejorar sus condiciones de salud Œ trabajo. Producto de esta percepción se incluye que es necesaria la organización de este grupo de trabajadores informales, proponiendo la creación de una Cooperativa de Trabajo Asociado que ofrezca oportunidades no solo laborales sino educativas y sociales, lo cual fue considerado en la propuesta de intervención.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe study is centered in the improvement of the conditions of health Πthe work of the non-regular workers of the economy in Bucaramanga, in the year 2003, through an organization process and training of people belonging to this sector, which is justified according to the factors of labor risk, people without health insurance, ignorance and absence of habits and the practice that diminish the risks at work. According to the above-mentioned one had as general objective to improve the conditions of health and work of non-regular workers of the Bucaramanga municipality with 6 samples of populaciones, starting from intervention strategies and promotion of the health that it implied the development of stages like convocation to the non-regular worker, the realization of diagnose of labor risks, the analysis of factors of risk, the elaboration of clinical histories of the workers; with base in which a process of direct intervention was developed that it implied: the training of leaders in thematic areas as occupational health, organization and self-management and leadership; followed by a protection stage and multiplication to homologous, developed by means of workshops with participation of 75 leaders. The theory that we carry out in this work refers to the work conditions of the non-regular sector, the social security and the occupational risks, the legal frame and the non-regular economy and an institutional characterization of the CER like promoter of the social intervention In this process we trained at 75 leaders in aspects like identification and handling of occupational risks and the sharing of this knowledge to 225 people; the massive participation in the workshops, and the creation of a conscience about the necessity of to be organized and to self-manage internal processes to improve their conditions of health - work. Product of this perception you concludes that it is necessary to deepen in aspects of the human development as the self-esteem, the development of competitions and the human interaction as previous step to the consolidation of groups works, having the idea that the improvement in these aspects will impact in a better valuation of the health and the cares in the work. These aspects were considered in the intervention proposal.
