| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo de investigación se fundamenta en la gestión del conocimiento en grupos y centros de investigación; específicamente, consiste en el modelado de una herramienta software que genera portales de conocimiento para apoyar la conversión de conocimiento tácito en explícito, así como la transferencia del conocimiento explícito a través de la organización. A la par, se establecen una serie de estrategias indispensables para fomentar la gestión del conocimiento al interior de grupos y centros de investigación, de modo tal que la herramienta opere en condiciones que favorezcan la finalidad para la que fue creada. A través del fortalecimiento de la formalización y transferencia del conocimiento, se busca aportar a la continuidad y estabilidad de los grupos y centros de investigación universitarios. En este trabajo se encuentra el análisis del estado del arte de las arquitecturas que soportan gestión de conocimiento, como estrategia para lograr el éxito del proyecto se utiliza la metodología de entrega evolutiva, ésta ofrece el control que se obtiene con la entrega por etapas y la flexibilidad que proporciona el prototipado evolutivo. El énfasis principal de la metodología se establece en el núcleo del sistema, que está constituido por funciones de bajo nivel que probablemente no van a ser modificadas por la realimentación del cliente. Este trabajo de investigación puede ser de utilidad a: directores, miembros de grupos y centros de investigación, estudiantes de pregrado y postgrado que se encuentren realizando proyectos que refuercen o fortalezcan la labor investigativa de los grupos a nivel universitario, y en general, a toda persona interesada en la gestión de conocimiento. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This work of investigation is based on the management of the knowledge in groups and research centers. It consists of the modeled one of a software tool that generates knowledge portals to support the conversion of tacit knowledge in explicit, as well as the transference of the explicit knowledge through the organization. Also it establish a series of indispensable strategies to foment the management of the knowledge to the interior of groups and research centers, of way so that the tool operates in conditions that favor the purpose for which it was created. Through the fortification of the formalization and transference of the knowledge, one looks for to contribute to the continuity and stability of the groups and university research centers. In this work is the analysis of the architectures that support knowledge management, as strategy to achieve the success of the project is used the methodology of evolutionary delivery, this one offers the control that is obtained with the delivery by stages and the flexibility that the evolution prototype provides. The main emphasis of the methodology settles down in the nucleus of the system, which is constituted by functions of low level which probably they are not going to be modified by the refeeding of the client. This work of investigation can be of utility a: directors, members of groups and research centers, students or graduates who are making projects that reinforce or fortify the activity in investigation of the groups at university level, and in general, to all person interested in the knowledge management. | |
