dc.description.abstract	La Cooperativa Santandereana de Transportadores Limitada Copetran, es una empresa con gran trayectoria, posicionada nacionalmente como líder en transporte terrestre, cuya política se basa en el comprimiso con la calidad de su servicio, la protección del medio ambiente y la preservación de la seguridad industrial y ocupacional en sus procesos operacionales. El área de carga ha sido uno de los pilares fundamentales para su crecimiento económico, en cuanto al personal que ocupa el cargo operativo de auxiliar logístico, este cumple con funciones y responsabilidades establecidas en el diseño del puesto, dichas actividades implican en gran medida la manipulación de cargas, razón por la cual se encuentran en constante exposición a movimientos y esfuerzos repetitivos, así como a posturas forzadas, que pueden ser factores causales de accidentes o enfermedades de origen laboral. El presente proyecto está orientado a la evaluación del riesgo biomecánico y psicosocial en auxiliares logísticos de carga, a raíz de la problemática encontrada de accidentes laborales ocurridos en este cargo, por medio de la observación y el análisis de las actividades desarrolladas por estos colaboradores, el análisis de la matriz de peligros y riesgos GTC 45 y la aplicación de los métodos evaluativos REBA y NASA TLX que permiten valorar el nivel de riesgo por carga física y mental respectivamente. El resultado de este estudio conlleva al desarrollo de estrategias en aras de mitigar el riesgo biomecánico y psicosocial con el fin de proteger la salud de los trabajadores y propiciar un clima laboral óptimo que incrementará la motivación, el rendimiento y la productividad de los trabajadores.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Copetran Ltda. is a Company with a long history, nationally positioned as a leader in ground transportation, whose policy is based on the commitment to the quality of its service, the environmental protection and the preservation of the industrial safety and occupational of its operational processes. The cargo area has been one of the fundamental pillars for its economic growth, and in terms of the personnel who occupy the operational position of logistics assistant, they comply with the functions and responsibilities established in the design of the position, which highly imply manually handling loads, which is why they are constantly exposed to repetitive movement and efforts, as well as forced postures, which can be causal factors in accidents and/or work-related illnesses. This project is oriented to the evaluation of the biomechanical and psychological risk in cargo logistics assistants, as a result of the problem encountered related to work accidents that occurred in this position thought the observation and analysis of the activities developed by these collaborators, the analysis of the GTC 45 hazard and risk matrix and the application of the REBA and NASA TLX evaluation methods that make it possible to assess the level of risk by physical and mental workload, respectively. The result of this study leads to the development of strategies in order to mitigate the psychological and biomechanical risk conducive to the protection of the health of the workers and promote an optimal work environment that will lead to increase the motivation, performance and productivity of the employees.
