dc.description.abstractEl presente documento es un proyecto de grado enfocado en el diseño y la implementación de un plan de mejoramiento para los procesos directivos, operativos y de apoyo que han sido identificados en la Fundación Colombo Alemana Volver a Sonreír (FCAVAS). El proyecto se compone de dos partes, en la primera, de modo investigativo, se realiza el estudio basado en fuentes primarias y secundarias, y en la segunda parte, de un componente práctico, la implementación de mejoras en los procesos directivos, operativos y de apoyo de la Fundación. La metodología que se aplica al proyecto es de enfoque cualitativo, de tipo descriptivo y de uso de análisis documental, el cual inicia con la recolección de información a través de diferentes técnicas, como la entrevista estructurada y la revisión de los documentos. Con esta información se realiza el diagnóstico cualitativo y cuantitativo, los que permiten determinar la situación actual de la FCAVAS y brindar las propuestas de mejora, que incluyen dentro de estas la documentación de los procesos directivos, operativos y de apoyo, para lo cual se definieron los procesos que abarcarían el mapa de procesos, con sus respectivos procedimientos, instructivos, formatos, manuales de funciones y otros documentos. De igual forma, se formulan los indicadores de gestión que permiten controlar, evaluar y retroalimentar los procesos. Además de realizar las socializaciones y capacitaciones, se finaliza con la evaluación de las mejoras implementadas a través de la evaluación de condiciones iniciales básicas planteada por Ortiz y Serrano, gracias a la cual se puede ofrecer las respectivas recomendaciones que permitan mejorar el resultado de las no conformidades. 1
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present document is a grade project focus on the design and implementation of an improvement plan for the management, operational and support processes that have been identified in the Fundación Colombo Alemana Volver a Sonreír (FCAVAS). The project consists of two parts, the first investigative way conducting the study based on primary and secondary sources, and the second part of a practical component with the implementation of improvements in the management, operational and support processes of the Foundation. The methodology applied to the project is a qualitative approach of descriptive type and use of documentary analysis; which begins with the collection of information through different techniques such as: the structured interview and the review of the documents; With this information the qualitative and quantitative diagnosis is made, which allows to determine the current situation of the FCAVAS, and the improvement proposals are offered, which include within them the documentation of the management, operative and support processes, for which the processes that would encompass the process map were defined, with their respective procedures, instructions, formats, function manuals and other documents. Management indicators are formulated to control, evaluate and feedback the processes; In addition, to carry out the socializations and training of the improvements implemented, and ends with the evaluation of the improvements implemented through the evaluation of basic initial conditions proposed by Ortiz and Serrano, thanks to which the respective recommendations can be offered to improve the result of nonconformities. 3
