dc.description.abstractDulces el Paragüitas (DEP) es una pequeña empresa del sector alimentos que elabora dulces tradicionales a base de leche y frutas tropicales. El presente informe describe el camino recorrido por la organización, hacia la gestión normalizada de la calidad de sus procesos buscando siempre la satisfacción de sus clientes y la mejora continua. Los objetivos trazados durante la práctica fueron en esencia la documentación e implementación de todos los requisitos de la Norma Técnica Colombiana (NTC) ISO 9001: 2000 aplicados a la organización para que en una segunda fase a cargo de la empresa, se busque la certificación de su Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad (SGC). El proceso inicia con un diagnóstico de calidad y continúa con la elaboración del plan de acción a seguir para lograr satisfactoriamente el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados. Con el nombramiento del comité de calidad, integrado por los jefes de área, se dio inicio al trabajo de implementación. Un año después, DEP, había implementado satisfactoriamente su SGC evaluado a través de un primer ciclo de auditorías internas a todos sus procesos, complementando esta evaluación, con la verificación de las acciones de mejora emprendidas producto de las no conformidades y observaciones detectadas. En la actualidad, la empresa se prepara para solicitar la auditoría de certificación. DEP cuenta con una estructura documental definida de su SGC, que debe ser actualizada para que siempre sea fiel reflejo de sus actividades diarias. El mantenimiento del sistema requiere un compromiso constante por parte de los responsables de proceso. La implementación del SGC es solo el punto de partida para continuar mejorando internamente buscando la eficacia con miras a aumentar la capacidad de lograr la satisfacción de los clientes. El compromiso es pensar siempre en la mejora continua.
dc.description.abstractenglish“Dulces el Paragüitas (DEP)” is a small company of food sector, to make traditional sweet of base of milk and tropical fruits. The follow report describes the road traveled by the organization; to the standard management of the quality of yours process looking always the customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement. The crossed objectives during the practice were in essence the documentation and implementation of the Norma's Colombian Technique requirements (NTC) ISO 9001: 2000 applied to the organization so that in a second phase in charge of the company, it’s looking for the certification of its quality management system (QMS) The process begins with a quality diagnostic and it continues with the elaboration of the action plan to follow for win satisfactory the execution of the objectives planned. With the named of quality committee, integrated by the area bosses it did give begin implementation job. One year later DEP, it had implemented their QMS evaluated through a first cycle of internal audits to all their processes, supplementing this evaluation, with the verification of the actions of improvement undertaken product of the non conformities and detected observations. At the present time, the company gets ready to request the certification audit. DEP has a defined documental structure of its QMS that should be upgraded so that it is always faithful reflection of its daily activities. The maintenance of the system requires a constant compromise for part of those responsible for process. The implementation of the QMS is alone the starting point to continue improving internally looking for the efficacy with views to grow up the capacity to get the satisfaction of the customers. The compromise is thinking always in the continuous improvement.
