dc.description.abstractLa creación de la empresa “TANGLED estética para mascotas. S.A.S.” en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, permitirá demostrar la aceptación y oportunidad de este proyecto, teniendo en cuenta que durante los últimos años ha cobrado mayor importancia para los propietarios la atención y salud de sus perri-hijos invirtiendo más en su cuidado. TANGLED busca aprovechar esta maravillosa oportunidad y convertir esta necesidad en un centro de estética de cuidado animal y velar por el bienestar de los perros y/o gatos mediante la implementación de servicios como relajación y recreación, utilizando técnicas novedosas con el fin de que las mascotas puedan disfrutar. El objetivo de este trabajo es la elaboración del plan de negocios que permitió la investigación del mercado objetivo, así como determinar la oferta y la demanda con el fin de garantizar y asegurar el desempeño de la empresa; donde el 93% de los encuestados manifestó tener una mascota en su hogar. El estudio técnico contempló aspectos técnicos operativos necesarios como la capacidad productiva de 40 servicios por día con un aumento del 5 % anualmente. TANGLED se constituirá bajo los parámetros de acciones simplificada. El valor total general del proyecto es de $ 56´000.000, con unas razones financieras a favor de la vialidad del proyecto que permiten a groso modo tener una claridad de lo que sería el proyecto en funcionamiento en un escenario real. El impacto ambiental y social de la gestión será realizada por un outsourcing el cual es el encargado de la estructura operativa y logística de la empresa mediante una subcontratación.

It willallow to demonstrate the acceptance and opportunity of this project, takingin to account that in recent years the care and health of their perri-children has become more important for the owners, investing more in their care. TANGLED seeks to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity and turn this need in to an animal care aesthetic center and ensure the well-being of dogs and / or cats through the implementation of services such as relaxation and recreation, using innovative techniques in order that pets can enjoy. The objective of this work is the elaboration of the business plan that allowed the investigation of the target market, as well as determining the supply and demand in order to guarantee and ensure the performance ofthecompany; where 93% of those surveyed stated having a pet in their home. The technical study considered necessary technical operational aspects such as the productive capacity of 40 services per day with an anual increase of 5%. TANGLED will be constituted under the parameters of simplified shares. The general total value of the project is $ 56´000.000, with financial reasons in favor of the viability of the project that roughly allow to have a clarity of what the project would be in operation in a real scenario. The environ mental and social impact of the management will be carried out byan outsourcing which is in charge of the operational and logistical structure of the company through subcontracting.
