dc.description.abstractProyecto de grado en modalidad presencial en el cual se espera complementar el trabajo practicado por el docente como director del aula, y el practicante como apoyo de este mismo. Para la asignatura derecho procesal penal. Debido a que la cantidad de información sobre esta misma asignatura es demasiado amplia para ser abarcada por el docente del aula, y los estudiantes como partes del aula de clases, se plantea la idea del refuerzo de los conocimientos por medio de talleres y charlas de un tercero para reforzar las ideas y medios de conocimiento planteados en las clases y la materia en concreto Estos talleres planteados con los conocimientos adquiridos por medio del CEDEUIS en su apoyo a los practicantes docentes donde se plantea la forma de presentar el proyecto de grado, como parte de la práctica docente. El CEDEUIS como apoyo para el practicante, formula la planeación de la materia por acompañamiento del módulo virtual, pero también, junto al profesor el practicante acompaña al profesor en el aula de clase para que este observe como se lleva a cabo una clase, y por medio de estas mismas plantee los talleres y materiales memo-gráficos necesarios para el desarrollo integral de la materia procesal penal. En el desarrollo de este documento se incluirán como parte del mismo proyecto los talleres que se realizaron para lograr el acompañamiento que el estudiante deberá realizar para poder culminar su práctica docente. Este procedimiento en su etapa práctica, desarrollara lo planteado en la etapa teórica, buscando que los conocimientos de la materia procesal penal y el proceso penal en si vayan de lo teórico a lo practico por medio de referencias del practicante a el desarrollo del proceso, en su etapa practica en el consultorio jurídico. También hacer referencia que el desarrollo de esta practica docente fue realizado en el periodo correspondiente al primer periodo académico del 2022, y se implementó una modalidad de tres talleres en conmutación al desarrollo inicialmente planteado, como se expondrá en el desarrollo de este informe final. Igualmente, al estar pendiente la clase sobre justicia restaurativa, la cual no fue posible realizar por motivos personales, se realizó matrícula del semestre correspondiente al 2023-1. Y teniendo en cuenta el desarrollo de los 3 talleres y el video se efectuó en los semestres anteriores, se acordó con el profesor que el presente semestre, se realizara el informe final y la debida consolidación de los talleres realizados.

Also make reference that the development of this teaching practice was carried out in the period corresponding to the first academic period of 2022, and a modality of five workshops in commutation to the development initially proposed was implemented, as will be explained in the development of this final report. Likewise, since the class on restorative justice was pending, which it was not possible to carry out for personal reasons, enrollment was carried out for the semester corresponding to 2023-1. And taking into account the development of the 3 workshops and the video was made in previous semesters, it was agreed with the professor that this semester, the final report and the due consolidation of the workshops carried out would be made.
