dc.description.abstractEl siguiente documento presenta el trabajo realizado como proyecto de grado para optar al título de ingeniero civil bajo la modalidad de práctica empresarial como asistente de la Dirección de proyectos de la ESANT S.A. E.S.P. en la implementación de los Sistemas de Información Geográfica en los componentes de infraestructura y aseguramiento de los proyectos de agua potable y saneamiento básico. Durante la práctica empresarial se organizó la información mediante Excel y ArcGIS Pro, para más adelante ser agrupada en una base de datos geográfica y posteriormente ser visualizada en los tableros de control de ArcGIS Dashboards, y con ello finalmente ser proporcionada a la gerencia y direcciones de la empresa con el propósito de mostrar las acciones realizadas, los recursos invertidos y los resultados obtenidos en cada proyecto de agua potable y saneamiento básico que ha celebrado y está desarrollando la ESANT S.A. E.S.P. como gestor del Plan Departamental de Aguas en el departamento de Santander. Al finalizar la práctica empresarial se logró aportar a la empresa información en 7 módulos: Gestión de proyectos, Gestión de contratos, Ejecución de proyectos, Indicadores agua potable y saneamiento básico 2019 - 2023, Catastros del sistema de acueducto, alcantarillado y suscriptores-micromedidores, IRCA y SIASAR, información que permite conocer datos de los proyectos viabilizados, contratados y en ejecución, así como información sobre los servicios de suministro de agua y saneamiento en las áreas rurales de los municipios de Aratoca, Barichara y Villanueva. Con la consolidación de los catastros de los municipios de Galán, Puerto Parra, San Andrés y Socorro, se busca que la empresa además de tener un control de los elementos que componen el sistema de distribución de agua potable y recolección de aguas residuales, y los datos de los suscriptores-micromedidores, sea referente catastral en los municipios vinculados al Plan Departamental de Aguas.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe following document presents the work carried out as a degree project to qualify for the title of civil engineer under the modality of internship as an assistant to the ESANT S.A. E.S.P. Project Management in the implementation of Geographic Information Systems in the infrastructure and assurance components of drinking water and basic sanitation projects. During the internship, the information was organized using Excel and ArcGIS Pro, to later be grouped in a geographic database and later to be displayed in the ArcGIS Dashboards control boards, and thus finally provided to management and company addresses with the purpose of showing the actions carried out, the resources invested and the results obtained in each drinking water and basic sanitation project that the ESANT S.A. E.S.P. has carried out and is developing as manager of the Departmental Water Plan in the department of Santander. At the end of the internship, it was possible to provide the company with information in 7 modules: Project management, Contract management, Project execution, Drinking water and basic sanitation indicators 2019 - 2023, Cadastres of the aqueduct, sewage system and subscribers -micrometers, IRCA and SIASAR, information that allows us to know data on the projects made viable, contracted and in execution, as well as information on water supply and sanitation services in the rural areas of the municipalities of Aratoca, Barichara and Villanueva. With the consolidation of the cadastres of the municipalities of Galán, Puerto Parra, San Andrés and Socorro, it is intended that the company, in addition to having control of the elements that make up the drinking water distribution and wastewater collection system, and data from subscribers-micrometers, to be a cadastral reference in the municipalities linked to the Departmental Water Plan.
