dc.description.abstractEl proyecto desarrolla un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa de servicios al sector agrícola en el municipio de San Alberto, Cesar. Este estudio abarca un análisis exhaustivo del sector agrícola, con un enfoque especial en el cultivo de arroz, y contiene desde el estudio de mercados hasta los aspectos técnicos, administrativos y financieros necesarios para el establecimiento de la empresa. En el análisis de mercados, se identifican las necesidades específicas del sector agrícola, evaluando la demanda y la oferta de servicios. Se analizan las variables clave que permitirán a la empresa diferenciarse en un mercado competitivo, asegurando la calidad y eficiencia de los servicios ofrecidos. El estudio técnico determina la capacidad requerida, definiendo los procesos necesarios para optimizar la prestación de servicios agrícolas, garantizando el desarrollo sostenible y promoviendo prácticas agrícolas eficientes y responsables. En el estudio administrativo, se diseña la estructura organizativa de la empresa, con un enfoque en proporcionar trabajo decente a la comunidad local y fomentar el desarrollo económico de la región. El estudio financiero cuantifica las inversiones necesarias, calculando los ingresos y egresos previstos, y evaluando la viabilidad económica del proyecto. Se analizan diversos escenarios financieros para asegurar la sostenibilidad y rentabilidad de la empresa a largo plazo . Este proyecto no solo es factible desde un punto de vista económico, sino que también tiene un fuerte componente de responsabilidad social y ambiental. Se busca contribuir al desarrollo sostenible de San Alberto, Cesar, promoviendo la calidad y eficiencia en el sector agrícola y generando oportunidades de empleo digno. La participación en el mercado se plantea de manera estratégica, aprovechando las variables de precio, comercialización, publicidad y promoción propias de la región, ofreciendo servicios innovadores y capacitados para atender las necesidades del sector agrícola.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe project develops a feasibility study for the creation of a service company for the agricultural sector in the municipality of San Alberto, Cesar. This study encompasses a thorough analysis of the agricultural sector, with a special focus on rice cultivation, and covers everything from market studies to the technical, administrative, and financial aspects necessary for establishing the company. In the market analysis, the specific needs of the agricultural sector are identified, evaluating the demand and supply of services. Key variables that will allow the company to differentiate itself in a competitive market are analyzed, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the services offered. The technical study determines the required capacity, defining the necessary processes to optimize the provision of agricultural services, ensuring sustainable development, and promoting efficient and responsible agricultural practices. In the administrative study, the organizational structure of the company is designed, focusing on providing decent work to the local community and fostering the economic development of the region. The financial study quantifies the necessary investments, calculating the projected revenues and expenses, and evaluating the economic viability of the project. Various financial scenarios are analyzed to ensure the long-term sustainability and profitability of the company. This project is not only feasible from an economic standpoint but also has a strong social and environmental responsibility component. It aims to contribute to the sustainable development of San Alberto, Cesar, promoting quality and efficiency in the agricultural sector and generating opportunities for decent employment. The market participation is strategically planned, leveraging the region's price, commercialization, advertising, and promotion variables, offering innovative and capable services to meet the needs of the agricultural sector.
