dc.description.abstractEl presente escrito se centra en la idea de víctima y vida humana, con el propósito de indicar cómo a partir de la idea de víctima se desarrolla la noción de vida humana como valor base que permite pensar la vida en comunidad y que da sustento a todo el proyecto de la ética de la liberación. La vida humana implica un pleno desarrollo del individuo en comunidad, es decir, que el individuo pueda suplir sus necesidades básicas para subsistir. Las instituciones deben velar por el florecimiento del individuo por medio de las leyes, esto es, son responsables de que el individuo pueda gozar o no de una vida plena. La sociedad debe insistir a las instituciones el cumplimiento de su responsabilidad por medio de mecanismos efectivos para que el vulnerado pueda tener una mejor condición de vida. En el caso contrario, es decir, cuando el individuo no puede reproducir y florecer su vida en comunidad, se convierte en una víctima, de modo que la víctima es aquel individuo que no puede gozar de una mejor condición de vida.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis writing focuses on the idea of victim and human life, with the purpose of indicating how, from the idea of victim, the notion of human life is developed as a base value that allows us to think about life in community and that supports the entire project of the liberation's ethics. Human life implies a full development of the individual in community, what means, that the individual can supply his basic needs to survive. Institutions must ensure the flourishing of the individual through laws, that's because they are responsible for whether or not the individual can enjoy a full life. Society must insist that the institutions fulfill their responsibility through effective mechanisms so that the victim can have better life conditions. In the opposite case, when the individual cannot reproduce and flourish his life in community, he becomes in a victim, so that the victim is the human being who cannot enjoy better life conditions.
