dc.description.abstractPara la mejora del campo de la búsqueda de datos, que sin duda es un factor que ha venido obteniendo importancia en diferentes temas, se ejecutaron ciertos softwares que permiteron a su vez organizar, visualizar de manera gráfica y sencilla el análisis de los datos. Esto para abarcar temas que se involucran directamente con el diseño y aspectos que influyan en la obtención de cierta información para el fin de un saber específico o de interés. Por lo anteriormente mencionado, se buscó que esta investigación lograra una revisión exhaustiva del estado del arte de los temas o tendencias tales como: Project management, Contract management. mediante el uso apropiado de las bases de datos escogidas para este desarrollo tales como AACE, ACCE y SCOPUS y de softwares como VosViewer y Biblioshiny. Analizando así el comportamiento de las diferentes tendencias en el tiempo, autores y sus respectivas publicaciones. Confirmando la gran influencia que se otorgan estos análisis al implementarse en la gestión de proyectos de construcción no solo en el campo académico sino también en el campo profesional. Así este proyecto logró la comprensión de la importancia de la investigación de datos para permitir el mejoramiento de la planificación en un proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishFor the improvement of the field of data search, which is undoubtedly a factor that has been gaining importance in different topics, certain software was executed that allowed in turn to organize, visualize in a graphic and simple way the analysis of the data. This to cover topics that are directly involved with the design and aspects that influence the obtaining of certain information for the purpose of specific knowledge or interest. For the above, it was sought that this research achieve an exhaustive review of the state of the art of the themes or trends such as: Project management, Contract management through the appropriate use of the databases chosen for this development such as VosViewer y Biblioshiny. Thus analyzing the behavior of the different trends over time, authors and their respective publications. Confirming the great influence that these analyses are given when implemented in the management of construction projects not only in the academic field but also in the professional field. Thus this project achieved the understanding of the importance of data research to allow the improvement of planning in a project.
