dc.description.abstractEl trabajo de investigación objeto del presente libro está relacionado con el estudio de competencias laborales a partir de las cadenas productivas agrícolas en especial las relacionadas de una u otra forma con producción de biocombustibles espacialmente biodiesel y bioetanol, estudiando con esto aquellos productos que los generan, a partir de las cuales se establezcan niveles de producción industrial siguiendo una metodología estricta, y planteando desde mapas de procesos hasta análisis de funciones y sus componentes normativos (criterios de desempeño, evidencias requeridas, campos y conocimientos). Aquí se plantea establecer como producto final el programa de formación de un nuevo tecnólogo en energías renovables agroindustriales formado con base en competencias, en especial aquellas que correspondan a la creciente demanda y aplicación de las nuevas tecnologías y energías renovables como insumo principal para generar el cambio requerido en el entorno industrial. De esta forma el estudio implica la participación de expertos en el área agroindustrial, ingenieros electricistas y todo el apoyo por parte de los sectores empresariales para una inicial consecución de la información y hacia una futura validación, que conlleve no solo a la certificación de los saberes de los trabajadores sino a una cada vez mejor estructurada y fundamentada cultura de calidad y competitividad.
dc.description.abstractenglishWhen the country did make its commercial opening, were found parameters which delimit the concepts of quality and competitivity, with that the enterprises offers their services. This implies the creation and implementation of a new and better standards for the quality analysis of enterprise and its products certifications. In the singular case of the standard vocational qualifications, the analysis is to put on a base of the individual contributions and him participation a productive network, so that its comply with managerial objectives established. In our country since a few years ago, the technology and the necessity had imposed a new challenge for professors and scientists in the use of alternative sources of thermal, electrical, chemical or hydraulic energy. This challenge consists on establishing a reference proposal in the Colombian competence system to structure a solid educational program to drive this type of technology in renewal energies. To reach the objectives of the investigation two methodologies are used: IDEF0 that make possible to put the information of the process in maps to describe all the components of the productive chain and the functional analysis that make a disaggregation in simple functions from the principal macro processes, thought this structure the information is clasificated and allow to use and analyze it to configure the agroenergy technology.
