dc.description.abstractEn el escenario político, históricamente la mujer ha tenido un papel secundario, incluso segregado. Este panorama también se ha evidenciado en la sociedad colombiana, razón por la cual la presente investigación se propuso indagar sobre la desigualdad estructural existente en un contexto específico, a saber, el santandereano. Por ello, como objetivo general se planteó Diseñar una propuesta de intervención social que promueva la igualdad sustantiva en los partidos políticos a partir del análisis de caso de la participación femenina en las elecciones legislativas del año 2022 en el departamento de Santander. Para el cumplimiento del objetivo se recurrió al enfoque cualitativo desde un paradigma sociocrítico, apoyado en el estudio de caso como método investigativo, con la idea de darle voz a algunas candidatas políticas santandereanas, con el fin formular propuestas que contribuyeran a afrontar y cambiar el fenómeno abordado. Del recorrido investigativo surgieron varios resultados de los cuales valdría resaltar el hecho de que los partidos políticos cumplen de manera superficial con la cuota de género en sus listas, por lo cual no sea genera una igualdad sustantiva dentro de las candidaturas, lo que a su vez indica que no hay una paridad de género; a ello se le suma el hecho que una vez hacen parte de los partidos se les discrimina o simplemente no se les deja participar de manera significativa. A partir de los resultados, la investigación concluyó la necesidad de formación política dentro de los partidos políticos y una mayor regulación de las selección de candidatos(as) en las listas de los políticos, para evitar situaciones de intolerancia y discriminación.
dc.description.abstractenglishOn the political scene, women have historically had a secondary, even segregated, role. This panorama has also been evident in Colombian society, which is why the present research proposed to investigate the structural inequality that exists in a specific context, namely, Santander. Therefore, the general objective was to design a proposal for social intervention that promotes substantive equality in political parties based on the case analysis of female participation in the legislative elections of 2022 in the department of Santander. To achieve the objective, a qualitative approach was used from a socio-critical paradigm, supported by the case study as an investigative method, with the idea of giving a voice to some Santander political candidates, in order to formulate proposals that would contribute to confronting and changing the phenomenon. addressed. From the investigative journey, several results emerged from which it would be worth highlighting the fact that political parties superficially comply with the gender quota on their lists, which does not generate substantive equality within the candidacies, which in turn indicates that there is no gender parity; Added to this is the fact that once they are part of the parties they are discriminated against or simply not allowed to participate in a meaningful way. Based on the results, the research concluded the need for political training within political parties and greater regulation of the selection of candidates on politicians' lists, to avoid situations of intolerance and discrimination.
