dc.description.abstractEste documento establecerá los parámetros técnicos que se deben tener en cuenta a la hora de querer sembrar, mantener y sostener un cultivo de cannabis no psicoactivo con fines medicinales, teniendo en cuenta que al hablar de cannabis, se tocan fibras sensibles de nuestra sociedad porque La lucha contra la erradicación de cultivos ilícitos ha sido una constante durante décadas en este orden Colombia es uno de los países donde más se cultiva cannabis al aire libre con fines distintos a la investigación o la medicina, y también es un país que ha vivido en guerra y una de esas razones es la legalidad del cannabis, sin embargo a nivel mundial también se ha demostrado su importancia en áreas como la industria, la investigación y la medicina, volviéndose de vital importancia en el tratamiento de personas con enfermedades como Alzheimer, cáncer, esclerosis, glaucoma, epilepsia. y convoluciones, espasmos musculares, trastornos psicomotores entre otros; Sin ser ajeno a esto, el gobierno colombiano estableció algunos requisitos para poder participar legalmente en este creciente agronegocio, que también hará importantes aportes a la economía. Generando empleo y por impuestos Esta investigación demostró que el cannabis se puede cultivar al aire libre, en interiores (espacios cerrados, almacenes, etc.), o en invernadero, siendo este último el más práctico para controlar y obtener el mayor beneficio del cultivo, en la finca cauchera del municipio de Lebrija, departamento de Santander, se llevó a cabo el trámite para obtener una licencia para cultivar cannabis no psicoactivo con fines medicinales, por ello la necesidad de establecer un modelo de invernadero que cumpliera con los requisitos necesarios para establecer y traer a buen término fue creado. un cultivo de cannabis no psicoactivo. Pues por la complejidad legal, y las exigencias del cultivo, es necesario personalizar y hacer más técnico el proceso.
