dc.description.abstractEl desarrollo de la empresa La Represa S.A.S. y su ética laboral por brindar un servicio seguro y confiable en su actividad económica que es el turismo fluvial en el embalse Topocoro ubicado en Santander, Colombia. Busca las mejores estrategias de mantenimiento para tener sus principales activos que son los botes en óptimas condiciones que permitan garantizar la calidad de su servicio, confianza y una imagen positiva para sus partes interesadas. Por otra parte, el requerimiento de la ley colombiana para el desarrollo de la actividad obliga a la empresa La Represa S.A.S implementar estrategias de mantenimiento y que esta sea normalizada ante los entes de control gubernamentales para no incurrir en sanciones legales. Por último, la gestión del mantenimiento juega un papel importante para cumplir con los requisitos expuestos anteriormente y a su vez obtener el mayor rendimiento costo beneficio para la empresa acorde a sus ingresos y es donde se enfoca este análisis. Todos los equipos están sometidos a un desgaste debido al uso lo cual genera fallas en la operación, en la actualidad debido al aumento de usuarios y con un pronóstico que sigue esta tendencia, el desgaste hace que sea un factor relevante en la empresa La Represa S.A.S. Actualmente, la respuesta a esta problemática se realiza con un enfoque correctivo, generando incertidumbre, fallas inesperadas y altos costos. Es necesario reconsiderar su estrategia actual de mantenimiento y migrar a una estrategia preventiva que haga una sinergia con el enfoque correctivo hará que la empresa La Represa S.A.S pueda atacar de manera acorde y eficiente estos desafíos contribuyendo a la mejora continua, reducción de costos, eficiencia en las actividades, confiablidad en sus equipos, calidad y seguridad en su servicio lo cual se verá reflejado en mayores ingresos y competitividad.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe development of the company La Represa SAS and its work ethic to provide a safe and reliable service in its economic activity which is river tourism in the Topocoro reservoir located in Santander, Colombia, seeks the best maintenance strategies to have its main assets which are the boats in optimal conditions that allow to guarantee the quality of its service, confidence and a positive image for its stakeholders. On the other hand, the requirement of Colombian law for the development of the activity obliges the company La Represa SAS to implement maintenance strategies and that this be standardized before the government control entities in order not to incur legal sanctions. Finally, maintenance management plays an important role in complying with the requirements set out above and in turn obtaining the highest cost-benefit performance for the company according to its income and this is where this analysis focuses. All equipment is subject to wear and tear due to use, which generates failures in the operation, currently due to the increase in users and with a forecast that follows this trend, wear and tear makes it a relevant factor in the company La Represa SAS Currently, the response to this problem is carried out with a corrective approach, generating uncertainty, expected failures and high costs. It is necessary to reconsider its current maintenance strategy and move to a preventive strategy that makes a synergy with the corrective approach will allow the company La Represa SAS to attack these challenges accordingly and efficiently, contributing to continuous improvement, cost reduction, efficiency in activities, reliability in its equipment, quality and safety in its service, which will be reflected in higher income and competitiveness.
