dc.description.abstractEl Acuerdo final para la terminación del conflicto armado y la construcción de una paz estable y duradera entre el gobierno colombiano y las Fuerzas armadas revolucionarias-Ejército del Pueblo FARC-EP, tiene como objetivo lograr la reconciliación nacional a partir del perdón, la justicia, la verdad y no repetición, promoviendo la tolerancia y el respeto a la diferencia. En este sentido, la presente tesis doctoral se orienta a conceptualizar la tolerancia y el reconocimiento del otro en el marco del Acuerdo final, con miras a facilitar así la superación del conflicto armado y el éxito de la implementación del Acuerdo. La metodología se enmarca en un enfoque cualitativo, aplicando investigación de tipo documental y método hermenéutico, porque se parte del análisis crítico de documentos y textos filosóficos para alcanzar la aprehensión del fenómeno objeto de estudio. La tolerancia en el Acuerdo final se lee en términos de respeto a la diferencia en el marco del pluralismo y la multiculturalidad, por tanto, resulta fundamental para promover la participación ciudadana, garantizar la convivencia social, la participación política mediante el consenso y la deliberación social en los territorios, especialmente, aquellos que han sido víctimas del conflicto armado. Sin embargo, la tolerancia no es suficiente si se tiene en cuenta que el objetivo del Acuerdo de paz es lograr el perdón y la reconciliación, pues para perdonar en un contexto de conflicto armado, es esencial reconocer al otro, reconocer la humanidad del otro y así transformar las emociones negativas de odio, ira y venganza en emociones positivas como el perdón y la esperanza.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Final Agreement for the termination of the armed conflict and the construction of a stable and lasting peace between the Colombian government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces-People's Army FARC-EP, aims to achieve national reconciliation based on forgiveness, justice, truth and non-repetition, promoting tolerance and respect for difference. In this sense, this doctoral thesis is aimed at conceptualizing tolerance and recognition of the other within the framework of the final Agreement, with a view to facilitating the overcoming of the armed conflict and the success of the implementation of the Agreement. The methodology is part of a qualitative approach, applying documentary research and hermeneutic method, because it starts from the critical analysis of documents and philosophical texts to achieve the apprehension of the phenomenon under study. Tolerance in the Final Agreement is read in terms of respect for difference within the framework of pluralism and multiculturalism, therefore, it is essential to promote citizen participation, guarantee social coexistence, political participation through consensus and social deliberation. in the territories, especially those that have been victims of the armed conflict. However, tolerance is not enough if one takes into account that the objective of the Peace Agreement is to achieve forgiveness and reconciliation, since in order to forgive in a context of armed conflict, it is essential to recognize the other, recognize the humanity of the other and thus transform the negative emotions of hate, anger and revenge into positive emotions such as forgiveness and hope.
