dc.description.abstractLas organizaciones empresariales cumplen los fines para los cuales son creadas gracias a la participación e implementación de diferentes elementos del sistema organizacional que terminan por configurar una serie de procesos, donde la gestión humana cumple uno de los papeles más importantes dado que tiene como foco al hombre en la organización, es decir, se centra en generar sinergia entre el trabajador como ser humano y los objetivos de la empresa. Uno de los pilares de la gestión humana es el ocuparse del bienestar laboral de los trabajadores, lo que se alinea con el quehacer profesional de Trabajo Social quien dirige su labor a contribuir en el desarrollo de los recursos propios de cada individuo y movilizar aquellos que aporten a su bienestar en el trabajo. El presente trabajo es el resultado del proceso realizado para la creación del programa de bienestar laboral en Transportes Ciudad Bonita (TCB). En este se observan los diferentes ejes estratégicos con las acciones propuestas para aportar al bienestar de sus colaboradores.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Company organizations achieve the goal for which they were created thanks to the participation and implementation on the various elements of the organizational system that end up creating a series of processes, where human management gets one of the most important roles, because of its center, the people, and the generation of the synergy between the worker as a human being and the main goals of the company. One of the cornerstones of human management is to take care of the labor welfare of the workers and this aligns to the job of the social worker, which aims its labor to contribute in the development of individual resources and the moving of every element that brings well-being to the working place. This paper describes the process made to the creation of the Labor Welfare Program in TCB in which several strategic axis can be seen in order to develop a program that aims to the wellbeing of every worker.
