dc.description.abstractEn el marco de la modalidad de creación artística se presenta este trabajo de grado titulado CANCIONES DE AMOR Y DESAMOR EN EL REPERTORIO DEL CANTO LÍRICO PARA VOZ DE SOPRANO, donde a través de una investigación cualitativa, que incluyó la revisión documental de fuentes locales como el repositorio de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, así como de universidades nacionales e internacionales, libros sobre metodología de la técnica, y bibliografía digital; se abordó el análisis de diez obras del repertorio lírico para soprano que comparten características específicas como el amor y el desamor enfocado en la relación del texto y la música de los mismos. Todo esto con el objetivo de elaborar un análisis musical, histórico e interpretativo sobre este hilo que conecta el repertorio escogido, que abarca desde el Oratorio y la Zarzuela, permitiendo variedad en géneros musicales mientras mantiene la relación entre la temática, permitiendo observar el papel de la soprano en cada género musical abordado. El estudio se inició con la selección del repertorio, para posteriormente realizar una investigación que permitiera abordar el análisis de la partitura, el contexto histórico y estilístico, el análisis del texto y estudio de grabaciones, que permitieran pasar a la práctica y ensayo que terminan dirigiendo hacia una interpretación de las obras en un concierto. Se concluye que es importante la búsqueda previa de información, revisión de fuentes, análisis musical y de contexto para la construcción de la interpretación del repertorio, y así dar vida a un discurso musical que resaltó la palabra y las emociones transmitidas, acorde a las características estilísticas y apoyado en la técnica vocal, todo esto, al servicio de la interpretación.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis thesis, entitled SONGS OF LOVE AND HEARTBREAK IN THE LYRIC SONG REPERTOIRE FOR THE SOPRANO VOICE, is presented within the framework of the artistic creation modality. Through qualitative research, which included a documentary review of local sources such as the repository of the Industrial University of Santander, as well as national and international universities, books on technique methodology, and digital bibliography, the analysis of ten works from the lyric repertoire for soprano that share specific characteristics such as love and heartbreak was addressed, focusing on the relationship between their text and music. All of this was done with the aim of developing a musical, historical, and interpretive analysis of this thread that connects the chosen repertoire, which ranges from Oratorio to Zarzuela, allowing for variety in musical genres while maintaining the relationship between the themes, allowing for an observation of the soprano's role in each musical genre addressed. The study began with the selection of the repertoire, followed by research that allowed for the analysis of the score, the historical and stylistic context, the analysis of the text, and the study of recordings, which led to the practice and rehearsal that ultimately led to a concert performance of the works. It is concluded that prior information gathering, source review, and musical and contextual analysis are important for constructing an interpretation of the repertoire, thus giving life to a musical discourse that highlights the words and the emotions conveyed, in keeping with the stylistic characteristics and supported by vocal technique, all in the service of the performance.
