dc.description.abstractenglishIn the social movement, according to Archila (2015) dynamics arise that offer solutions to social difficulties, therefore, they deserve to be deeply investigated. Hence, it is considered important to ask ourselves: How was the social intervention process that ÒRuta JovenÓ has implemented in Bucaramanga in the years 2016-2018? Demonstrating with this, that, although social intervention is not an exclusive process of academics and / or government entities, it is extremely necessary to generate bridges of dialogue between them and the social movement, since with them, there will be recognition of the different knowledge that is created around a problem and significant alliances will be created that will result in more critical, conscious, deep and diverse reflection processes, showing that the two scenarios have fundamental tools to understand social complexity. The objective of this work is to analyze the process of social intervention implemented by ÒRuta JovenÓ Bucaramanga in the 2016-2018 period from the subjectivities and intersubjectivities of young and adult women linked to the movement. For this, the systematization of experiences was used from a complex thought that, in the words of Cifuentes (2010) breaks with classical paradigms of scientific research, whose methods, purposes and results rarely account for intersubjectivity, complexity and various knowledge that are generated in the experiences. Interactive analytical as well as descriptive and historical-narrative techniques were implemented from a participatory methodology that aimed to reconstruct the experience, reflect on the challenges, successes, learnings, setbacks and identify alternatives for strengthening the social intervention process. With this systematization of experiences, women contribute to generating new knowledge from the local, new feminist narratives from a perspective of generational exchange, establishing a cultural dialogue between academia and the social movement. 3 Systematization of Experiences to qualify for the master's degree in social intervention. 4 Director: Andrea Hern⁄ndez Quirama.
