dc.description.abstractCon el planteamiento del siguiente proyecto, se reconoce la importancia de la cuantificación de los gases efecto invernadero, a nivel corporativo, para evidenciar de esta manera la afectación al medio ambiente de las distintas organizaciones y las posibilidades de mejora o alternativas de reducción del impacto. Actualmente, a nivel nacional, está cuantificación e inventario de emisiones se realiza de manera voluntaria, buscando un aumento en la competitividad externa de las empresas frente a su competencia, optimización de procesos y generación de ahorros económicos. De esta manera, se plantea la realización del inventario e informe de gases efecto invernadero en la empresa RAMBAL S.A.S., teniendo en cuenta las 2 emisiones incluidas en el Alcance 1. Emisiones directas y en el Alcance 2. Emisiones indirectas. Para realizar la cuantificación, se seguirán los lineamientos de la Norma Técnica Colombiana ISO 14064-1:2006, donde se detallan los requisitos para el diseño, desarrollo y gestión de inventarios e informes de GEI. Básicamente, el procedimiento para la cuantificación y generación del inventario de gases efecto invernadero consiste en una evaluación inicial, donde se evidencian y documentan las fuentes de emisión. Posterior a esto, se realiza la recolección de datos de consumo de cada una de las fuentes encontradas, que se utilizan para la cuantificación total de emisiones de gases efecto invernadero de la organización teniendo en cuenta los factores de emisión para cada una. Por último, y más importante, se plantean y entregan recomendaciones que conlleven a una optimización del proceso, reducción del impacto ambiental y neutralización de las emisiones generadas por la organización.
dc.description.abstractenglishWith the approach of the following project, the importance of the quantification of greenhouse effect gases is recognized, at the corporate level, to show in this way the impact on the environment of the different organizations and the possibilities for improvement or alternatives to reduce the impact. Currently, at the national level, this quantification and inventory of emissions is carried out on a voluntary basis, seeking an increase in the external competitiveness of companies against their competition, optimization of processes and generation of economic savings. In this way, it is proposed to carry out the inventory and report of greenhouse gases in the company RAMBAL S.A.S., taking into account the 2 emissions included in Scope 1. Direct emissions and in Scope 2. Indirect emissions. To perform the quantification, the guidelines of the Colombian Technical Standard ISO 14064-1: 2006 will be followed, where the requirements for the design, development and management of GHG inventories and reports are detailed. Basically, the procedure for the quantification and generation of the greenhouse effect gas inventory consists of an initial evaluation, where the emission sources are evidenced and documented. After this, the consumption data is collected from each of the sources found, which are used for the total quantification of greenhouse gas emissions of the organization, taking into account the emission factors for each one. Lastly, and most importantly, recommendations are proposed and delivered that lead to an optimization of the process, reduction of environmental impact and neutralization of the emissions generated by the organization.
