dc.description.abstract	Este artículo presenta el informe relacionado con la práctica empresarial modalidad virtual, la cual fue realizada de Julio a noviembre del 2021, como auxiliar de interventoría, a cargo del ingeniero interventor Armando Gomes Villabona de la empresa Prago Ingeniería y Arquitectura S.A.S. en la obra edificio de Pharmasan construida por la empresa Constructora JK Salcedo S.A.S. Este edificio que será destinado como oficinas y bodega de medicamentos se encuentra ubicado en la calle 32 # 30-34 barrio Alvares de Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia, consta de una torre con tres sótanos, cuatro niveles, un mezzanine y dos terrazas. Para esta práctica, por motivos de la pandemia COVID 19 y tratando al máximo de disminuir el riesgo de contagio para cada una de las personas implicadas, se decidió mantener al mínimo pasible la cantidad de personal presente en la obra, para lo cual el ingeniero interventor a cargo realizo visitas periódicas, manteniendo una comunicación constante con el practicante a través de video llamadas durante todo el recorrido, para realizar una revisión en tiempo real de los procesos constructivos, llevar un control de los avances de obra mediante registros fotográficos y realizar anotaciones de las imperfecciones o de las incoherencias para posteriormente notificar a la empresa constructora y realizar los informes mensuales. También se realizó una extensa revisión de las cantidades de obra, mediante la hoja de cálculo Excel y la lectura de planos, para ser comparadas con la empresa constructora, con el fin de tener mayor claridad de los costos adicionales reportados.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This article presents the report related to the virtual modality business practice, which was carried out from July to November 2021, as assistant interventionist, by the engineer Armando Gomes Villabona of the company Prago Engineering and Architecture S.A.S. in the building site of Pharmasan built by the company Builder JK Salcedo S.A.S. This building that will be used as offices and medicine cellar is located in the street 32 # 30-34 neighborhood Alvares from Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia, consists of a tower with three basements, four levels, a mezzanine and two terraces. For this practice, for reasons of the pandemic COVID 19 and trying to minimize the risk of contagion for each of the people involved, it was decided to keep the number of staff present on the work to the minimum, for which the supervising engineer made periodic visits, maintaining constant communication with the practitioner through video calls throughout the journey, to perform a real-time review of the construction processes, keep track of the progress of the work through photographic records and make annotations of imperfections or inconsistencies to subsequently notify the construction company and make monthly reports. It was also carried out an extensive review of the quantities of work, using the Excel spreadsheet and the reading of drawings, to be compared with the construction company, in order to have greater clarity of the additional costs reported.
