dc.description.abstractEl proyecto “Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una fábrica de sandalias planas para mujer en la ciudad de Valledupar”, es una idea de negocio que nace por la demanda insatisfecha de algunas mujeres, que por distintas razones no cuentan con una medida de calzado estándar, y por tanto, no obtienen de manera fácil unas sandalias que se ajuste a sus necesidades. Por tanto, se realiza una investigación de carácter descriptivo, con enfoque mixto, donde se utilizó como técnica la encuesta, la cual fue realizada de manera directa con apoyo de un cuestionario formulado en google forms a 150 mujeres de Valledupar, en rango de edades entre los 15 y 65 años. En este documento se presenta el estudio de mercados, el cual determinó que el 91,33% de las mujeres que habitan en esta ciudad, compran sandalias y lo hacen con una frecuencia de 2,92 veces al año. La demanda efectiva anual es de 283.682 pares/año y el canal de comercialización a utilizar es directo. El estudio técnico define la capacidad diseñada, la cual es de 15.784 pares/año y el tiempo de producción de 44,4 minutos por par. La capacidad instalada es de 11.797 pares/año, y se busca iniciar con el 75% incrementando anualmente en un 2%. Con el estudio administrativo se decide constituir una sociedad por acciones simplificadas S.A.S. y se establecen los cargos que funcionaran en la empresa y la asignación salarial. El estudio Financiero arrojó que se requiere una inversión total de $200.212.605; el período de recuperación de la inversión se dará en 3 años 7 meses y 24 días. El punto de equilibrio se alcanzará cuando se hayan producido 4,837 pares de sandalias. El valor Presente Neto (VPN) fue de $80.129.591; la Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) es de 33,54%. Por tanto, se determinó que el proyecto es viable.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe project "Feasibility study for the creation of a women's flat sandal factory in the city of Valledupar" is a business idea born from the unmet demand of some women who, for various reasons, do not have a standard shoe size and therefore cannot easily obtain sandals that fit their needs. Therefore, a descriptive research study was conducted with a mixed approach, using a survey technique. It was conducted directly with the support of a questionnaire formulated in Google Forms with 150 women in Valledupar, aged between 15 and 65. This document presents the market study, which determined that 91.33% of women living in this city buy sandals, doing so 2.92 times per year. The effective annual demand is 283,682 pairs/year, and the marketing channel used is direct. The technical study defined the designed capacity, which is 15,784 pairs/year and the production time is 44.4 minutes per pair. The installed capacity is 11,797 pairs/year, and the goal is to start at 75% capacity, increasing by 2% annually. The administrative study led to the creation of a simplified joint-stock company (S.A.S.), and the positions and salaries were established. The financial study showed a total investment of $200.212.605, with a payback period of 3 years, 7 months, and 24 days. The break-even point will be reached when 4,837 pairs of sandals have been produced. The Net Present Value (NPV) was $80.129.591; the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) was 33,54%. Therefore, the project was determined to be viable.
