dc.description.abstractMediante este documento se evalúa la creación de una empresa encargada del proceso de producción de café artesanal en la ciudad de Bucaramanga ofreciendo un café tostado y molido con excelente calidad y pureza. La estructura de este documento atiende los siguientes capítulos: estudio de mercados como eje principal del análisis; que permitió identificar la oferta y la demanda. Un estudio técnico que permitió determinar el tamaño óptimo de la empresa “Café Artesanal Santa Cecilia”, cuya planta estará ubicada en la vereda la Judía del municipio de Floridablanca junto con los equipos, maquinaria y personal requisitos por la empresa para su funcionamiento. En el estudio Administrativo se optó por constituir la empresa como una sociedad por acciones simplificadas (S.A.S), En el estudio financiero se estableció el monto para la puesta en marcha del proyecto contando con una inversión propia del 4,87% y un crédito equivalente al 95,13%, a su vez se analiza el movimiento de los estados financieros, el balance general, los estados de pérdidas-ganancias y el flujo de caja, analizados estos datos se permite una mejor toma de decisiones frente al proyecto. Finalmente se realiza una evaluación del proyecto desde el punto de vista social, ambiental y financiero y se emiten algunas conclusiones y recomendaciones.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document evaluates the creation of a company in charge of the artisanal coffee production process in the city of Bucaramanga, offering roasted and ground coffee with excellent quality and purity. The structure of this document addresses the following chapters: market research as the main axis of the analysis; that allowed to identify supply and demand. A technical study that allowed determining the optimal size of the company "Café Artesanal Santa Cecilia", whose plant will be located in the Jewish quarter of the municipality of Floridablanca together with the equipment, machinery and personnel required by the company for its operation. In the Administrative study, the company was chosen as a simplified stock company (S.A.S), In the financial study, the amount for the implementation of the project was established, with its own investment of 4.87% and a credit equivalent to 95.13%. In turn, the movement of the financial statements, the balance sheet is analyzed. , the statements of lost profits and the cash flow, analyzed this data allows better decision-making regarding the project. Finally, an evaluation of the project is carried out from the social, environmental and financial point of view and some conclusions and recommendations are issued.
