dc.description.abstractLas empresas, independientemente de su tamaño, deben organizar, archivar y almacenar de una manera adecuada su información escrita y magnética de tal forma que estos se puedan recuperar fácil y ágilmente cuando se requieran utilizar; por lo tanto esta actividad de archivo en la gestión administrativa se constituye en fundamental e importante para cualquier empresa, ya que le permite al Gerente o Administrador una toma de decisiones más acertada y a su vez asegurar la información evitando inconvenientes como el deterioro o pérdida de documentación y la pérdida de tiempo en la búsqueda de datos, información y documentos. Teniendo en cuenta al análisis de la información recibida se concluyó que un porcentaje bastante significativo en la ciudad de Bucaramanga de las empresas públicas, mediana y gran empresa desean contratar estos servicios porque comprenden la importancia y utilidad de tener archivos organizados para su gestión y actividad empresarial. Los estudios realizados permiten observar que en el mercado oferente no hay suficientes empresas para prestar esta clase de servicios y además la mayoría que los están ofreciendo no son de la ciudad; el estudio técnico indica que no hay dificultad en obtener localización, procesos, y distribución en planta; su constitución organizacional es sencilla y permite planear, administrar, dirigir y controlar las actividades propias de estos servicios; el estudio financiero indica que la inversión inicial y el capital de trabajo están al alcance de los interesados en el proyecto y la evaluación permite ver que no hay impactos ambientales y sociales negativos sino por el contrario generará empleo, calidad de vida a sus inversionistas y aporta al sector empresarial; y en lo referente a la parte financiera los indicadores indican bondades económicas del proyecto para recuperación de la inversión en un corto plazo menor a dos años.
dc.description.abstractenglishCompanies irrespective of size, should organize, archive and store in an appropriate manner and magnetic information written so that they can recover easily and quickly when required to use, so this file in the administrative constitutes a fundamental and important to any company because it allows the manager or a manager making decisions and in turn ensure correct information to avoid inconveniences such as deterioration or loss of documentation and the time lost in searching for data, information and documents. Taking into account the analysis of information received is concluded that a fairly significant percentage in the city of Bucaramanga in public enterprises, medium and large companies want to hire these services because they understand the importance and usefulness of having organized files for their management and business . The studies show that in the offeror is not enough business to provide such services and the majority that are not being offered in the city, the study indicates that there is no difficulty in obtaining locations, processes, and distribution plant, its constitution is simple and allows for organizational planning, managing, directing and controlling the activities of these services, the financial study shows that the initial investment and working capital are available to the interested in the project and the evaluation can see that there are no negative environmental and social impacts but on the contrary, generate employment, quality of life contributes to their investors and the business sector, and in terms of the financial indicator indicate economic benefits of the project to recover the investment in a short period of less than two years.
