dc.description.abstractLa Corporación Autónoma Regional Para la Defensa de la Meseta de Bucaramanga (CDMB) establecida por la ley 99 de 1993 en pro de la regulación, manejo y conservación de los recursos naturales, está subdividida en secciones administrativas, siendo la Subdirección de Evaluación y Control Ambiental para la Sostenibilidad (SEYCA), donde se desempeñan trámites de Aprovechamientos Forestales, trámites de poda, traslado y/o talas de emergencia que en conjunto con funcionarios contratistas se dieron solución en beneficio de la comunidad. Se solucionaron 140 radicados de podas y/o talas de emergencia, en los cuales se presentaron múltiples afectaciones tanto naturales como antrópicas, individuos arbóreos que se encontraban en malas condiciones fitosanitarias, problemas radiculares, interferencia con cuerdas eléctricas u otro tipo de cableado aéreo, alumbrado público e infraestructura, dando lugar a situaciones como desprendimiento de ramas e incluso volcamiento del individuo arbóreo, colocando así en riesgo la vida humana. Además, se dio acompañamiento a tres procesos de aprovechamiento forestal, que en este caso dos de ellos correspondieron a permisos de aprovechamiento de árboles aislados, en áreas donde se impulsa a establecer senderismo e infraestructura de vivienda.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Regional Autonomous Corporation for the Defense of the Bucaramanga Plateau (CDMB) established by Law 99 of 1993 in favor of the regulation, management and conservation of natural resources, is subdivided into administrative sections, being the Sub-Directorate for Environmental Assessment and Control for Sustainability (SEYCA), where forest harvesting procedures are carried out, emergency pruning, removal and/or felling procedures that were solved in conjunction with contracting officials for the benefit of the community. 140 requests pruning and/or emergency felling plants were solved, in which there were multiple natural and anthropic affectations, tree individuals who were in poor phytosanitary conditions, root problems, interference with electrical cords or other overhead wiring, street lighting and infrastructure, resulting in situations such as detachment of branches and even overturning of the tree individual, thus putting human life at risk. In addition, 3 forest harvesting processes were accompanied, two of which were used to obtain permits for isolated trees in areas where hiking and housing infrastructure are being established.
