dc.description.abstractRESUMEN TITULO: ESTUDIO DE FACTIBILIDAD PARA LA CREACIÓN DE UNA DROGUERÍA EN LA CIUDAD DE BUCARAMANGA AUTOR: DUVAN FARID AMEZQUITA FAJARDO PALABRAS CLAVE: Droguería, medicamento, regente de farmacia, atención, calidad. DESCRIPCIÓN: En el presente trabajo de grado se llevó a cabo el estudio detallado de los resultados obtenidos, con el fin de evaluar la viabilidad de establecer una droguería en la ciudad de Bucaramanga - Santander. Esta zona, caracterizada por un crecimiento sostenido, representa una oportunidad estratégica para la implementación de un negocio orientado al sector farmacéutico, con enfoque en un nicho específico del mercado. Este estudio tiene como objetivo evaluar la factibilidad para la creación de una droguería en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, orientada a la prestación de un servicio de venta de medicamentos a precios competitivos. Se busca ofrecer atención de calidad y con calidez, generando confianza en la comunidad y satisfaciendo las necesidades del sector. A través de un estudio de tipo descriptivo y exploratorio, se realizó un análisis basado en la tabulación de las respuestas obtenidas mediante encuestas aplicadas a personas residentes en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, con edades comprendidas entre los 18 y más de 65 años, pertenecientes a los estratos socioeconómicos uno, dos, tres y cuatro. Los resultados obtenidos permiten determinar una inversión total estimada de $189.057.027 pesos. La evaluación financiera del proyecto arroja un Valor Presente Neto (VPN) de $ 81.299.210 pesos y una Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) del 39,15 %, frente a una tasa deflactada del 19,32 %.Estos indicadores financieros respaldan la viabilidad económica del proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn this thesis work, a detailed study of the obtained results was carried out in order to evaluate the feasibility of establishing a pharmacy in the city of Bucaramanga - Santander. This area, characterized by sustained growth, represents a strategic opportunity for the implementation of a business focused on the pharmaceutical sector, targeting a specific market niche. The objective of this study is to assess the feasibility of creating a pharmacy in the city of Bucaramanga, aimed at providing a medication sales service at competitive prices. The goal is to offer quality and warm service, generating trust within the community and meeting the needs of the sector. Through a descriptive and exploratory study, an analysis was performed based on the tabulation of responses obtained from surveys applied to residents of Bucaramanga, aged between 18 and over 65 years, belonging to socioeconomic strata one, two, three, and four. The results allow for determining a total estimated investment of $189.057.027 pesos. The financial evaluation of the project yields a Net Present Value (NPV) of $81.299.210 pesos and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 39,15 %, compared to a deflated rate of 19,32%. These financial indicators conclude a positive profitability, which supports the economic viability of the project.
