dc.description.abstractEsta monografía está enmarcada en el sector de servicios, específicamente en el sector de comida rápida saludable a bajo costo, formulando un plan de negocios para la creación de la primera En el presente trabajo de grado se diseña un modelo de negocio, a partir de la identificación de características de la oferta y la demanda del mercado de comida rápida saludable. Cinco son los estudios que contribuyen a determinar la viabilidad del proyecto. En un principio en el estudio de mercados conoceremos nuestro cliente objetivo y la demanda potencial. Entre las actividades a realizar se encuentra el estudio técnico donde se fijará la macro localización y micro localización del negocio, el cual es un factor decisivo para el éxito del mismo. Posteriormente en el estudio administrativo y legal se definirá el tipo de sociedad a crear, la normatividad por la cual deberá regirse la empresa y la estructura organizacional de la misma. Posteriormente el estudio financiero se determina la rentabilidad de la inversión y la capacidad que tiene la compañía para ser sustentable, viable y rentable en el tiempo. Finalmente se concluye con el direccionamiento estratégico: hacia dónde va la organización y su permanecía en el mercado a través del tiempo. Últimamente se presentan las conclusiones que se obtuvieron de la realización de los estudios para la ejecución de este plan de negocios.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis Monograph is framed in the service sector, specifically in the fast food and healthy sector, formulating a business plan for the creation of the first "Boquitezo" franchise in the city of Bucaramanga In the present work of degree is designed to business model, from the identification of characteristics of the supply and the demand of the healthy fast food market. Five are the studies that contribute to determine the feasibility of the project. In the beginning in the market study we will know our target customer and the potential demand. Among the activities to be performed is the technical study where the macro location and micro location of the business was established, which is a decisive factor for the success of the same. Subsequently, the administrative and legal study defines the type of company to be created, the regulations governing the company and the organizational structure of the company. Subsequently the financial study determines the profitability of the investment and the ability of the company to be sustainable, viable and profitable over time. Finally, it concludes with the strategic direction: where the organization goes and its permanence in the market over time Recently, the conclusions obtained from the execution of the studies for the execution of this business plan are presented.
