dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo, describe las diferentes etapas que se llevaron a cabo durante el desarrollo del levantamiento de información y propuesta de un modelo de gestión de mantenimiento de equipos biomédicos en la unidad de cuidados intensivos para la empresa Salud Vital De Colombia IPS SAS. Para ello, se plantea una metodología que consta de dos (2) fases, partiendo de la identificación del problema hasta llegar a un modelo de gestión de mantenimiento basado en normas nacionales e internacionales, así como leyes, resoluciones y decretos vigentes, establecidos por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social de la República de Colombia En la primera fase, se identifica el problema y se crean estrategias definidas en objetivos, con el fin de llegar a una óptima solución. La segunda fase, muestra los resultados obtenidos en el desarrollo del trabajo. El levantamiento del inventario, con su respectiva clasificación del nivel de riesgo de los equipos y su nivel de priorización para el mantenimiento. Seguidamente, se definen los indicadores para la gestión del mantenimiento y por último se establecen los protocolos e inspecciones para las pruebas de seguridad eléctrica en los equipos biomédicos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present work describes the different stages that were carried out during the development of the information gathering and the proposal of a maintenance management model for biomedical equipment in the intensive care unit for the company Salud Vital De Colombia IPS SAS. To do this, a methodology is proposed that consists of two (2) phases, starting from the identification of the problem until reaching a maintenance management model based on national and international standards, as well as current laws, resolutions and decrees, established by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Colombia In the first phase, the problem is identified and strategies defined in objectives are created, in order to reach an optimal solution. The second phase shows the results obtained in the development of the work. The survey of the inventory, with its respective classification of the level of risk of the equipment and its level of prioritization for maintenance. Next, the indicators for maintenance management are defined and finally the protocols and inspections for electrical safety tests on biomedical equipment are established.
