dc.description.abstractEl contenido de este documento hace referencia a los resultados que fueron obtenidos durante el desarrollo de la práctica empresarial brindando apoyo en la etapa de obra blanca y acabados en el proyecto Milán Condominio ejecutado por la empresa Coral Constructores S.A.S., para viviendas multifamiliares buscando una de las mejores opciones de comodidad de los futuros propietarios. Esta estructura cuenta con tres sótanos y seis pisos de parqueaderos, veintiún pisos de apartamentos los cuales en cada placa cuenta con cinco tipos de apartamentos diferente variando en la distribución del área privada. En el tiempo que se desarrolló labores en la empresa las principales funciones fueron el control de cantidades y precios de materiales con el fin que se cumplieran con los acuerdos llevados a cabo por parte de la empresa y los proveedores, se supervisó que el personal de la obra encargado de las diferentes actividades tales como estuco en muros internos, techos en drywall, enchape de baños y enchape de pisos cumplieran con las especificaciones técnicas con las cuales fue diseñado el proyecto. Se trabajó en los cortes que se realizaban quincenalmente a los contratistas en cuanto a mano de obra basados en la evidencia del rendimiento en las fechas establecidas por la ingeniera directora de obra.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe content of this document refers to the results that were obtained during the development of the business practice providing support in the stage of white work and finishes in the Milán Condominium project executed by the company Coral Constructores S.A.S. for multifamily housing looking for one of the best options for comfort of future owners. This structure has three basements and six floors of parking, twenty-one floors of apartments which in each plate has five different types of apartments varying in the distribution of private area. During the time that work was developed in the company, the main functions were the control of quantities and prices of materials in order to comply with the agreements made by the company and suppliers, supervising that the site personnel in charge of the different activities such as stucco on internal walls, drywall ceilings, bathroom veneer and floor veneer complied with the technical specifications with which the project was designed. Work was done on the cuts that were made every two weeks to the contractors in terms of labor based on evidence of performance on the dates established by the construction manager engineer.
