| dc.description.abstract | Ante la existencia de una tecnología que permite atender las necesidades especificas en el neonato como es el proceso de enfermería, surgió la necesidad de empezar a validar un diagnostico de enfermería: alteración de la nutrición por defecto en el recién nacido en la unidad de cuidados intermedios neonatal de la clínica materno infantil San Luis de Bucaramanga, Colombia cuyo objetivo es establecer la validez clínica de las características definitorias del diagnostico de enfermería. El proceso de enfermería, ha evolucionado en un proceso de cinco fases diferentes; este proceso se ha incorporado en el marco conceptual de la mayoría de los planes de estudios de enfermería. Es por eso que surge la necesidad de empezar a hablar en un lenguaje común coherente. Para ello se empezará a validar un diagnostico de enfermería, a través del diseño de evolución de tecnologías diagnostica: alteración de la nutrición por defecto . Con una población de treinta (30) neonatos, que incluyeron todos los recién nacidos que ingresaron a la UCI intermedias, a través de un modelo de validación clínica del diagnostico (CDV) de Fehring, los índices ponderados son calculados para cada característica definitorias . Los hallazgos claramente muestran que solo dos características: tolerancia a la vía oral y debilidad de los músculos empleados en la deglución superan las cifras de 0.5 recomendada por Fehring. Es por eso la importancia de continuar en la investigación, para facilitar la enseñanza y aplicación del proceso de enfermería en nuestro país. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Before the existence of a technology that allows to assist the necessities you specify in the newly born like it is the infirmary process, the necessity arose of beginning to validate an I diagnose of infirmary: alteration of the nutrition for defect in the newly born one in the unit of cares intensive neonatal of the infantile maternal clinic San Luis of Bucaramanga, Colombia whose objective is to establish the clinical validity of the characteristic defined of the I diagnose of infirmary. The infirmary process, it has evolved in a process of five different phases; this process has incorporated in the conceptual mark of most of the plans of infirmary studies. It is for that reason that the necessity arises of beginning to speak in a coherent common language. For it you will begin to validate an I diagnose of infirmary, through the design of evolution of technologies it diagnoses: alteration of the nutrition for defect. With a population of thirty (30) newly born that included all the newly born ones that entered to the ICU intermediates, through a model of clinical validation of the I diagnose (CDV) of Fehring, the pondered indexes are calculated for each characteristic defined. The discoveries clearly show that single two characteristics: tolerance to the oral road and weakness of the muscles used in the deglution overcomes the figures of 0.5 recommended by Fehring. It is for that reason the importance of continuing in the investigation, to facilitate the teaching and application of the infirmary process in our country. | |
