dc.description.abstractEste proyecto muestra un consolidado de la experiencia y actividades realizadas durante la práctica empresarial en el Instituto Nacional de Vías (INVIAS) Dirección Territorial de Santander, como auxiliar de Geología, brindando apoyo en el área técnica y administrativa de la territorial. Esta comenzó con la supervisión técnica y administrativa del programa nacional Colombia Rural, donde se desarrollaron visitas técnicas, análisis de problemáticas e informes de avances de obra, así como el seguimiento a la interventoría encargada de este programa. Igualmente, se realizó la revisión de documentación e inspección de las zonas donde fueron solicitados los diferentes permisos de uso de zona de vía. Por último, se trabajó conjuntamente en diferentes labores que surgieron durante el tiempo de prácticas, tales como brindar apoyo en la realización de un informe trimestral ejecutivo de avances de responsabilidades de la dirección territorial; actualizar la información de la plataforma InviCostos, verificar información sobre actas de costos, realizar un oficio dirigido a la CDMB y una visita técnica al proyecto Variante San Gil.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project consolidates the experience and activities carried out during the business practice at the National Institute of Roads (INVIAS) Territorial Directorate of Santander, as a Geology assistant, providing support in the technical and administrative areas of the territory. This began with the technical and administrative supervision of the national program Colombia Rural, where technical visits were conducted, problems were analyzed, and progress reports on the work were prepared, as well as monitoring the auditors in charge of this program. Documentation was also reviewed, and the areas where different permits for the use of roadways were requested were inspected. Finally, various tasks that arose during the internship were collaborated on, such as providing support in the preparation of a quarterly executive report on the progress of responsibilities of the territorial directorate, updating the information on the InviCost platform, verifying information on cost reports, preparing an official letter to the CDMB, and conducting a technical visit to the San Gil Bypass project.
