dc.description.abstractEn esta monografía se realiza una evaluación de algunos algoritmos usados en la revisión de diseños estructurales. Se inicia con la revisión de la relevancia del tema de la revisión estructural de edificaciones mediante el análisis de las publicaciones científicas relacionadas sobre el tema. Igualmente, se presenta un marco legal mediante la recopilación y el análisis de las normatividad vigente, sobre los aspectos más importantes de la revisión estructural, como son la obligatoriedad, el alcance, el procedimiento, y la idoneidad de los revisores estructurales. Mediante encuestas se evalúan los procedimientos de revisión estructural empleados por expertos y personas encargadas de realizar esta labor en Curadurías y Oficinas de Planeación, entidades encargadas de emitir licencias de construcción. Posteriormente, se introduce el se sustenta el empleo de algoritmos versus expertos en dicho entorno. Se identifican algoritmos que pueden ser empleados para una revisión estructural de edificaciones y que han sido validados mediante múltiples casos de aplicación y múltiples estudios científicos. Se seleccionan cuatro casos de aplicación y cuatro algoritmos a emplear para evaluar su capacidad de validar aspectos importantes del diseño estructural. Finalmente se evalúan los resultados de la evaluación con algoritmos, se clasifican según su potencial uso como algoritmos de validación de diseños y proponen mejoras de los mismos.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn this monograph an evaluation is made of some algorithms used in the revision of structural designs. It begins with the review of the relevance of the topic of the structural revision of buildings through the analysis of related scientific publications on the subject. Likewise, a legal framework is presented through the compilation and analysis of the current regulations, on the most important aspects of the structural review, such as the obligation, scope, procedure, and suitability of structural reviewers. Through surveys, the structural revision procedures used by experts and persons in charge of carrying out this work in curatorships y planning offices, entities in charge of issuing construction permits, are evaluated. Subsequently, the concept of "low validity environment" is introduced for the design and structural revision of buildings and the use of algorithms versus experts in said environment is supported. Algorithms are identified that can be used for a structural review of buildings and that have been validated through multiple application cases and multiple scientific studies. Four application cases and four algorithms to be used are selected to assess their ability to validate important aspects of structural design. Finally, the evaluation results are evaluated with algorithms, classified according to their potential use as design validation algorithms and propose improvements to them.
