dc.description.abstractEn este trabajo se describe la implementación del programa de acompañamiento financiero, realizado por la UARIV en el municipio de Bucaramanga a las victimas indemnizadas. Mediante el cual se busca: asesorar, orientar y formar a las víctimas para que hagan buen uso de las indemnizaciones entregadas. Por lo que se tendrán en cuenta factores tanto internos como externos que podrían influir en el aprovechamiento y buen uso de las indemnizaciones entregadas. Posterior al diagnostico elaborado, se evaluara el desarrollo de los componentes del programa como: Asesoría, acercamiento a las victimas con la oferta del Municipio y seguimiento y evaluación frente a su aporte en la educación financiera en las victimas indemnizadas. Finalmente se realiza un análisis de la metodología utilizada por la UARIV en su implementación de los componentes del programa de acompañamiento financiero y se brindan unas sugerencias que podrían contribuir en la educación financiera de las víctimas.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis work will describe the putting in practice of program of financial support realized by the UARIV in Bucaramanga's municipality in the victims who received his indemnification. This program tries to advise, to direct and to educate the victims in the good managing of the granted indemnification. Also one registers the diverse internal and external factors that might influence the investment of the indemnities. After the diagnosis, the development of the components as: advising, nearness of the victims with the offer of the Municipality, follow-up and the evaluation will be evaluated opposite to his contribution in the financial education of the victims who were indemnified. Finally, an analysis of the methodology used by the UARIV in its implementation of the components of the financial accompaniment program is carried out and some suggestions are offered that could contribute to the financial education of the victims
