dc.description.abstractEste proyecto tiene como propósito identificar las aplicaciones de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en los servicios financieros que generan valor a los usuarios mediante la realización de un análisis sistemático de artículos científicos. Para esta revisión se contemplaron cinco fases: en primer lugar, se diseñó un protocolo de investigación a partir de la formulación de la pregunta y se definió la ecuación de búsqueda empleando operadores booleanos en la plataforma formada por una amplia colección de base de datos bibliográficas denominada web of science, a partir de esto se efectuó el análisis bibliométrico, posteriormente se ejecutó el análisis y revisión de literatura con la finalidad de identificar las aplicaciones de la inteligencia artificial en el sector bancario, después se precisaron las tendencias en inteligencia artificial en este sector con el apoyo del software Nvivo que permitió el reconocimiento de los distintos nodos, al momento de identificar los factores y categorías fue indispensable determinar las dimensiones de la calidad del servicio en el sector financiero para clasificar las diversas prácticas de referencias, a continuación se determinó el impacto de la inteligencia artificial con los documentos seleccionados al efectuar una exploración inicial de los impactos con la herramienta de NVIVO, obteniendo el mapeo de las ramificaciones asociadas se detectaron 155 ramificaciones que fueron exploradas y a partir de las cuales se realizó la codificación del texto, por último se elabora un artículo publicable en la revista Economía del Rosario, dado que es una revista académica con evaluación de pares, dedicada al estudio de implicaciones en cualquier área de economía, en este artículo se documentaron los resultados obtenidos. dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this project is to identify the applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in financial services that generate value for users by performing a systematic analysis of scientific articles. For this review, five phases were considered: first, a research protocol was designed based on the formulation of the question and the search equation was defined using Boolean operators on the platform formed by a large collection of bibliographic databases called web of science, from this the bibliometric analysis was carried out, later the analysis and literature review was carried out in order to identify the applications of artificial intelligence in the banking sector, then the trends in artificial intelligence in this sector were specified With the support of the Nvivo software that allowed the recognition of the different nodes, when identifying the factors and categories, it was essential to determine the dimensions of the quality of service in the financial sector to classify the various reference practices. impact of artificial intelligence with documents Select when implementing an initial exploration of the impacts with the NVIVO tool, obtaining the mapping of the associated ramifications, 155 ramifications were detected that were explored and from which the coding of the text was carried out, finally produces an article that can be published in the magazine "Economía del Rosario", since it is an academic journal with peer evaluation, dedicated to the study of implications in any area of economics, in this article the results obtained were documented.
