dc.description.abstractEste proyecto se basó en el apoyo jurídico al Centro de Atención Laboral de Villavicencio, dicho acompañamiento realizado en el CAL tenía como finalidad brindar asesoría jurídica a los trabajadores del sector de la palma de aceite, enfocado especialmente a los trabajadores que van a iniciar o ya se encuentran inmersos en proceso de calificación de pérdida de capacidad laboral, de las asesoría jurídica brindada se realizó un análisis de las problemáticas más frecuentes por las cuales acudían los trabajadores al CAL Villavicencio por temas relacionados con la Pérdida de capacidad laboral, con base en esto se realizó una cartilla con el fin de dejar una herramienta como material de apoyo al CAL y que sirva de formación a los trabajadores y sindicatos, para que estos tengan mayor conocimiento y claridad sobre el tema en cuestión.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project was based on the legal support to the Villavicencio Labor Assistance Center. Said accompaniment carried out in the CAL had the purpose of providing legal advice to workers in the oil palm sector, especially focused on workers who are going to start or already are immersed in the process of qualifying loss of work capacity, from the legal advice provided, an analysis was made of the most frequent problems for which workers went to CAL Villavicencio for issues related to the loss of work capacity, based on this A booklet was created in order to leave a tool as support material for the CAL and that serves as training for workers and unions, so that they have greater knowledge and clarity on the subject in question.
