dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de realizar esta investigación filosófica sobre el concepto de mentir en política desde la perspectiva de Hannah Arendt, y el fenómeno de la posverdad desde la visión de Lee McIntyre, es conceptualizar sus características individuales, cómo se presentan y se reproducen; para luego comparar dichos términos con la intención de encontrar las posibles semejanzas y diferencias entre ambos, con el fin de analizar cómo intervienen en las personas y en su concepción de la realidad objetiva o de los hechos. El trabajo se estructura en tres partes, la primera, donde se da a conocer qué es el mentir en política concebida por la filósofa mencionada desde su ensayo Verdad y Política; la segunda parte, donde se muestran las características del fenómeno de la posverdad, desde el libro del filósofo mencionado, Posverdad; y la tercera, donde se da la respuesta y conclusión que se basa en la pregunta de investigación: ¿Cuáles relaciones y diferencias se encuentran entre el mentir en política y la posverdad a partir de Hannah Arendt y Lee McIntyre?
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of this philosophical research on the concept of lying in politics from the perspective of Hannah Arendt, and the phenomenon of post-truth from the vision of Lee McIntyre, is to conceptualize their individual characteristics, how they are presented and reproduced; to then compare these terms with the intention of finding the possible similarities and differences between the two, in order to analyze how they intervene in people and in their conception of objective reality or facts. The work is structured in three parts, the first one, where it is made known what is lying in politics conceived by the mentioned philosopher from her essay Truth and Politics; the second part, where the characteristics of the post-truth phenomenon are shown, from the book of the mentioned philosopher, Post-truth; and the third, where the answer and conclusion based on the research question is given: What relations and differences are found between lying in politics and post-truth from Hannah Arendt and Lee McIntyre?
