dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo exponer un plan de negocio para la creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de cocoa, manteca y lecitinas de cacao en el departamento de Santander. Esto se realiza bajo el marco del proyecto “Desarrollo de nuevos procesos y productos para la valorización de mucílago y granos de cacao en el Departamento de Santander”, apoyados con recursos de la Gobernación de Santander, Fedecacao, SENA y la Asociación de productores Asocapayari, con el fin de generar nuevos productos de mayor valor agregado y el aprovechamiento del 100% de la biomasa (mazorca, mucílago, grano y lixiviados) del cacao producido de manera que se amplíe la capacidad competitiva de los productores con oferta especializada y aumento de la productividad y competitividad del sector en el municipio. Para el desarrollo de este plan de negocio se realizó un análisis del macro y microentorno del sector, y posteriormente se realizó un estudio de mercado a partir de fuentes secundarias y primarias con el fin encontrar información relevante para desarrollar el plan de mercadeo y realizar una estimación de demanda para el modelo de negocio planteado. Posteriormente, se realizó el plan de mercadeo para la puesta en marcha de la empresa, el estudio técnico para determinar todos los factores productivos y la nueva ubicación de la planta de producción, el análisis del impacto social y ambiental con el funcionamiento de la empresa, los requerimientos organizacionales y legales para la constitución de la empresa, luego se realizó el estudio de viabilidad financiera planteando las estrategias para la inmersión y el correcto desenvolvimiento de la empresa en el mercado, y finalmente, se planteó el direccionamiento estratégico de la empresa.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The objective of this degree work is to present a business plan for the creation of a company that produces and trading cocoa, cocoa butter and cocoa lecithins in department of Santander. This is done under the framework of the project "Development of new processes and products for the valorization of mucilage and cocoa beans in the Department of Santander", supported with resources from Government of Santander, Fedecacao, SENA and the Association of Asocapayari producers, in order to generate new products with higher added value and the use of 100% of the biomass (cob, mucilage, grain and leachate) of the cocoa produced in a way that expands the competitive capacity of producers with a specialized offer and increased productivity and competitiveness of the sector in the municipality. For the development of this business plan, an analysis of the macro and microenvironment of the sector was carried out, and later a market study was carried out from secondary and primary sources to find relevant information to develop the marketing plan and make an estimate. Subsequently, the marketing plan for the start-up of the company was carried out, the technical study to determine all the productive factors and the new location of the production plant, the analysis of the social and environmental impact with the operation of the company, the organizational and legal requirements for the constitution of the company, then the financial viability study was carried out, proposing the strategies for the immersion and the correct development of the company in the market, and finally, the strategic direction of the company was proposed.
