dc.description.abstractEl proyecto hidroeléctrico Sogamoso es una obra de gran extensión, busca generar gran cantidad de energía eléctrica para el desarrolló económico del país pero que tiene un efecto negativo en el medio ambiente del área de influencia directa e indirecta por la construcción de la presa, el embalse y sus obras anexas como la vía sustitutiva Bucaramanga Barrancabermeja, como: la pérdida de suelo agrícola y forestal ocasionando destrucción de la flora y fauna presentes en el área donde quedará ubicado el embalse. Por esta razón Isagen realizó un estudio de impacto ambiental para crear un plan de manejo ambiental y así obtener la licencia ambiental para la construcción y posterior puesta en marcha de la hidroeléctrica dentro de éste se formularon los programas de conservación y protección del hábitat terrestre y adecuación del embalse y sus obras anexas. En esta práctica empresarial se desarrollaron actividades tales como la cuantificación de las masas forestales afectadas por medio de inventarios forestales al cien por ciento, aprovechamientos forestales realizados para la construcción de obras anexas para que de esta forma se llevará un control de los permisos obtenidos en la licencia ambiental, seguimiento al contrato de construcción de los viveros que suministrarán el material vegetal para la franja de protección alrededor del embalse y actividades complementarias como ensayos de siembra de pastos para zonas inestables, identificación de los árboles en veda ubicados en el área del proyecto y visitas diarias a los diferentes frentes de trabajo en compañía de la interventoría del proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe hydroelectric project Sogamoso is a work of broad range, seeks to generate great quantity of electrical energy for the economic development of the country but that have a negative effect in the environment of the área of direct and indirect influence due to the construction of the dam, the reservoir and his attached works as the substitute route Bucaramanga Barrancabermeja, as: the loss of agricultural and forest soil causing destruction of the present flora and fauna in the área where the reservoir will remain situated. For this reason Isagen carried out a study of environmental impact to create a plan of environmental handling and this way to obtain the environmental leave for the construction and later starting of the hydroelectric within this there were formulated the programs of conservation and protection of the terrestrial habitat and adaptation of the reservoir and his attached works. In this business practical there developed activities such as the quantification of the forest masses affected by means of forest inventories to hundred per cent, forest uses did for the construction of attached works so this way it was taking a control of the permissións obtained in the environmental license, pursuit of the construction contract of the nurseries that will supply the vegetable material for the protection strip about the reservoir and complementary activities as tests of sowing for unstable zones, identification of the trees in ban located in the field of the project and daily visits to the different fronts of work accompanied for the auditor of the project.
