dc.description.abstractEl presente escrito tiene como objeto principal, describir el desarrollo de la práctica jurídico empresarial ejecutada principalmente en apoyo jurídico al comité de conciliación y al equipo de atención, procesos y acciones legales del área de Secretaría General en la Electrificadora de Santander S.A E.S.P. En atención a ello, por medio del acompañamiento y apoyo jurídico prestado por la estudiante en las actividades de la secretaría técnica del comité de conciliación junto con el estudio de la normatividad que regula la materia, fue posible realizar un análisis detallado de la operación y funcionamiento de esta instancia al interior de la empresa. La ejecución de la práctica en cuestión se efectuó en cuatro etapas, en la primera de ellas, a partir del estudio mencionado en el párrafo anterior fue posible obtener una serie de hallazgos frente al cumplimiento de las obligaciones señaladas por la ley para esta figura, por lo que en lo sucesivo, en desarrollo de la segunda etapa se procedió a proponer correctivos o recomendaciones en dos momentos o fases en aras de lograr la efectiva gestión de este comité; para la tercera etapa se realizó una socialización con el personal encargado de esta gestión, acerca de los hallazgos obtenidos y las recomendaciones elaboradas, por su parte, la cuarta y última etapa, correspondiente a la construcción del libro final, tiene su desarrollo en los párrafos que se exponen a lo largo de este documento. 1 Mediante Acta No. 509 del veinte (20) de septiembre del 2018, la Junta Directiva de la Electrificadora de Santander S.A. dc.description.abstractenglishThe main purpose of this document is to describe the development of corporate legal practice executed mainly in legal support to the conciliation committee and the attention team, processes and legal actions of the General Secretariat area in Electrificadora de Santander S.A E.S.P. In response to this, through the support and legal support provided by the student in the activities of the technical secretariat of the conciliation committee along with the study of the regulations governing the matter, it was possible to perform a detailed analysis of the operation and functioning of this instance within the company. The execution of the practice in question was carried out in four stages, in the first stage, based on the study mentioned in the previous paragraph, it was possible to obtain a series of findings regarding compliance with the obligations indicated by law for this figure, therefore, in the development of the second stage, corrective or recommendations were proposed at two moments or phases, in order to achieve the effective management of this committee; for the third stage a socialization was carried out with the personnel in charge of this management, about the obtained findings and the elaborated recommendations, on the other hand, the fourth and last stage, corresponding to the construction of the final book, has its development in the paragraphs that are exposed throughout this document. 2 Through Act No. 509 of the twentieth (20) of September 2018, the Board of Directors of the Electrificadora de Santander S.A.
