dc.description.abstractEl presente informe tiene como finalidad detallar el desarrollo de las funciones realizadas durante las prácticas empresariales en la empresa Proim Ingeniería S.A.S. ubicada en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, las diferentes actividades ejecutadas durante el periodo de la práctica van desde reportar y registrar materiales llegados a las diferentes obras, para realizar un análisis de perdidas y/o ganancias, comparar la información con los materiales en acopio y las actividades cobradas en diferentes actas, lo que permite llevar un control de caja de los diferentes ingenieros residentes asociados a la empresa. También realizar documentos como especificaciones técnicas y justificación de ítems para posterior aprobación por parte de empresas interventoras además de radicar actas parciales de cobro ante interventorías y alcaldías. Paralelamente se colaboró con el equipo de licitaciones realizando un análisis de los presupuestos planteados por diferentes entidades públicas y proponiendo presupuestos para participar en dichas licitaciones de obra pública. La experiencia de las prácticas empresariales ha enriquecido sustancialmente la formación académica de la estudiante, reforzando conocimientos adquiridos durante el transcurso del pregrado y añadiendo nuevos conocimientos en diferentes áreas, tanto en el aspecto de conocimientos y experiencia técnica, como en habilidades comunicativas y colaborativas con un equipo de trabajo.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this report is to detail the development of the functions carried out during the internship in the company Proim S.A.S. located in the city of Bucaramanga, the different activities accomplished during the period of the internship range from the report and record of materials arrived at the different construction sites, to carry out an analysis of losses and/or gains, compare the information with the materials in stock and the activities that have been paid in different delivery notices, which allows to carry out a cash control of the different resident engineers associated with the company. Also produce documents such as technical specifications and justification of items for subsequent approval by controller companies, additionally the submit of partial delivery notices to auditors and mayor's offices. As well collaborated with the tender team by carrying out an analysis of the budgets proposed by different public entities and proposing budgets to participate in said public works tenders. The experience of the internship has substantially enriched the student's academic training, reinforcing knowledge acquired during the course of the college career and adding new knowledge in different areas, both in the aspect of knowledge and technical experience, as well as in communication and collaborative skills with a work team.
