| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente escrito razona sobre el trabajo realizado en el Archivo Municipal de Floridablanca en el desempeño de un servicio social. Este archivo presenta la problemática de Fondo Acumulado. O sea, la de in alto nivel de desorganización. Este estado no contribuye con el objetivo general de las tardías leyes creadas para la recuperación y conservación de los documentos considerados Patrimonio Documental de la Nación. Además, como fuente histórica es cual es todo archivo. Su defectuosa condición es un obstáculo para la investigación histórica. La actividad archivística y la histórica son enteramente diversas en sus propósitos. Y para un estudiante de Historia el haber obrado como colaborador en la organización de una sección de este archivo fue una rica experiencia. En la Historia se narra y describe el pasado después de efectuársele una investigación. Mientras el conocimiento de la archivística se centra en una faena básicamente técnica, la del funcionamiento y mantenimiento del archivo. No obstante. Existe una relación entre ambas ciencias. Esto justificó el coadyuvar en el ordenamiento de este fondo acumulado en un fenómeno general en el país. Reflejo de la debilidad de las estructuras políticas del Estado y de la índole del pueblo colombiano en lo referente a la conservación patrimonial en la historia de los archivos públicos y privados. Las tardías y lentas leyes creadas para rescatar y restaurar dichos fondos han revelado el panorama crítico de las archivos. Laborar en la recuperación de una parte del archivo de Floridablanca, específicamente una sección, fue recobrar una documentación considerada Patrimonio Histórico Nacional y una fuente Histórica. Empero. Se especifica: el quehacer del Historiador es diferente del archivista. El uso de la razón lo demuestra.
