dc.description.abstractEl 30 de enero de 2017 entró en vigor la Ley 1801 de 2016 Código Nacional de Seguridad y Convivencia Ciudadana, la cual sustituyó el antiguo Código Nacional de Seguridad y Convivencia Ciudadana de 1970. Según sus disposiciones, el nuevo Código Nacional de Seguridad y Convivencia Ciudadana tiene un carácter preventivo que busca establecer las condiciones para la convivencia en el territorio nacional, cuyo objetivo debe ser impulsado por la Secretaría del Interior de la alcaldía de Bucaramanga. En conformidad con este objetivo, en el desarrollo de la práctica jurídico social se desempeñaron actividades relacionadas con la convocatoria para la participación en el programa de trabajo comunitario de las personas que hayan incurrido en un comportamiento contrario a la convivencia, como medida correctiva establecida en el artículo 173 del Código Nacional de Seguridad y Convivencia Ciudadana. Adicionalmente, se apoyó en la elaboración de actas de reunión, proyección de oficios y respuestas a derechos de petición. Como resultado final, se propone una estrategia jurídica – pedagógica como medida correctiva de conmutabilidad de las multas tipo 1, 2 y aquellas a las que se les haya impuesto una medida correctiva tipo 4, junto a las herramientas pedagógicas a implementar en el desarrollo de la sesión, tales como: diapositivas, folleto y demás actividades didácticas que complementan la actividad.
dc.description.abstractenglishOn January 30, 2017, Law 1801 of 2016 National Code of Citizen Security and Coexistence came into force, which replaced the old National Code of Citizen Security and Coexistence of 1970. According to its provisions, the new National Code of Citizen Security and Coexistence It has a preventive nature that seeks to establish the conditions for coexistence in the national territory, whose objective must be promoted by the Secretary of the Interior of the Bucaramanga mayor's office. In accordance with this objective, in the development of social legal practice, activities related to the call for participation in the community work program of people who have incurred in behavior contrary to coexistence were carried out, as a corrective measure established in the Article 173 of the National Code of Citizen Security and Coexistence. Additionally, support was provided in the preparation of meeting minutes, projection of trades and responses to petition rights. As a final result, a legal-pedagogical strategy is proposed as a corrective measure of commutability of fines type 1, 2 and those to which a corrective measure type 4 has been imposed, together with the pedagogical tools to be implemented in the development of the session, such as: slides, brochure and other educational activities that complement the activity.
