dc.description.abstractEl parqueadero de la Universidad Industrial de Santander ofrece servicios de parqueo a toda su comunidad universitaria que cuenten con vehículos tales como: bicicletas, motocicletas y carros; este servicio es prestado de forma gratuita para todos los miembros UIS. Actualmente, el proceso de parqueadero de la universidad se lleva mediante el uso de tiquetes el cual es entregado al usuario por el guardia de seguridad una vez ingresa a la instalación y dicho guardia requiere este tiquete al momento de salida para que así el usuario se pueda retirar con su vehículo, si este tiquete se extravía se tienen que llenar formularios con información sensible lo cual vuelve este proceso bastante ineficiente e inseguro. Por lo tanto, se busca diseñar e implementar una herramienta que gestione y controle los procesos mencionados anteriormente y asegure la integridad de la información. La herramienta software será implementada utilizando la metodología Kanban y una arquitectura API rest. Para el desarrollo de este sistema utilizaremos el framework de frontend Flutter, el entorno en tiempo de ejecución multiplataforma de código abierto Node.js y la base de datos relacional MySQL Workbench.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe parking lot of the Industrial University of Santander offers parking services to its entire university community that have vehicles such as: bicycles, motorcycles and cars; this service is provided for free to all UIS members. Currently, the university's parking process is carried out through the use of tickets, which is handed to the user by the security guard once they enter the facility and the security guard requires this ticket at the time of departure so that the user can leave with their vehicle. If this ticket is lost, forms have to be filled out with sensitive information, making this process quite inefficient and insecure. Therefore, we seek to design and implement a tool that manages and controls the aforementioned processes and ensures the integrity of the information. The software tool will be implemented using the Kanban methodology and an Api rest architecture. For the development of this system, we will use the Flutter frontend framework, the open source cross-platform runtime environment Node.js, and the relational database MySQL Workbench.
